Expensive but very good gaming headphones, the sound is amazing the only downside is that they are not as comfortable as past steel series headphones I’ve owned and can get a little uncomfortable after a few hours of gaming

Totally worth the money. It’s the most comfortable headphones I have ever owned, sound quality is absurd as well. In certain games you can hear audio so well you can hear things coming a mile away. Not to mention it’s wireless AND has Bluetooth. So you can have pc audio, while also having the wireless USB type C plugged into your console. And be able to hear both audios. It’s great if you want to play a Console game but want to also listen to audio on another device like a phone or computer. Battery is great as well, super fast to charge and can last a good three days of constant use. My only complaint is the audio is much quieter when using Bluetooth. And the Steel Series Sonar software can be overwhelming at first. Other than that it’s the best purchase I made in the last year.

Bought these for my 23 year old. They broke before 90 days. Called for replacement under the warranty and thus began the MULTIPLE emails that required me to submit photos of damaged product for them to review. Each email asked that I submit the previous pictures plus an additional picture from a different angle within so many days of receiving the email. It took almost 1 month of emailing back and forth before they decided the headphones were covered under the warranty. AFTER receiving the replacement I then had to submit pictures of the damaged product being destroyed per their instructions. The new headphones lasted about 4 months before breaking. Did I submit them for a replacement? NOPE because I don’t have time to email pictures back and forth. For what you have to pay for these headphones, they should be better quality. Just in case you’re wondering if my son was tearing these of his head to throw them and scream at the screen…the answer is no. He was taking them off using both hands on the ear pieces. One of them broke off the headset and was dangling by the wires (side note: the sound still works but you can’t wear them). This is the same thing that happened to the replacement headset as well. My husband says not to bother with the warranty; just buy another pair - not this brand though. I am giving it 3 stars because the sound and mic (per my son) are really good. Also, the fact the sound still works even though the wires are being stretched by the ear piece dangling.

These are, by the dollar, the best headphones on the market. Insane battery life, total voice clarity, comfortable, and durable. Only headphones you'll need.

The price point reflects the audio quality, you wont be getting audiophile grade quality but with tweaking in sonar software you can really tailor these to your liking, the microphone doesnt sound nearly as good as a cheap standing microphone like the blue snowball but with some tweaking in sonar its passible. Where this headset really shines in my opinion is the connectivity options and customization, sound is subjective and with a little playing i would say most people will be completely fine with how they sound but bare in mind to get your monies worth you really need to play with the steelseries sonar software.

The sound is amazing but the plastic feel cheap compared with other ones in that range of price, at least this ones was with discount , if i recommend with discount yes , otherwise the spatial sound chat feel amazing but still need think about the plastic finish

Have to use the Steel Series App to make these even somewhat decent. I have the original SS headphones and they were great so I got this upgraded version. Regretting it a month into owning them, even after spending tons of time tweaking them in the app. They are loud, however the sound proof-ness? of them are horrible. I can literally hear my dogs nails clinking on the wood floor while gaming. Its very faint, but you can hear it in the background of whatever game you are playing. TV on in the background? You'll most likely hear an echoe from that in your headset, although faint, it's there and definitely noticeable and ruins the immersion.
Also, make sure after turning on the power button you also turn the bluetooth button on or else it will sound like you're listening to your audio in a bathroom. Once bluetooth is on, it sounds fine, but like I said be prepared for the background noises in your household making their way into your headset. The fact that there's even two seperate buttons is beyond me too, yeah you can use them without the bluetooth on but the quality is horrible without it on.
It honestly sucks and I wish I hadn't tried giving these a chance for so long as now I can't return them. Especially for the price, I'm not impressed in the slightest.

Not terrible. Quality is better than expected and I have really enjoyed the GG software with multiple game configurations.

I have tried many wireless headphones and most out for PC. SteelSeries new Arctis Nova 7 Wireless is on point.
The biggest improvement is comfort from the Arctis series. You still have the ski band but you get adjustable band just like 80% of other head phones out.
Sound is killer. I personally use Dolby Atmos and works great and do not even install the software.
These work on PC, PS4,PS5, Nintendo Switch, Tablets, Android Phones pretty much ANYTHING with a USB-C Minus the XBOX so if you want to use an xbox buy the Nova 7x.
Mic is great quality and love the fact you have a bright light on the mic to know if you are muted or if you are live.
Earphones are removable and can use other cushions if you desire but headphones out of the box EVEN with Glasses are super comfortable.
Go get a pair you will be happy you did
