Maybe I got a bad one?

This has a retractable microphone that hides in the head set. It would get a high pitched feedback noise if it wasn’t pulled out to the full length. This headset would constantly disconnect if I walked away from the wireless dongle. Personally I think that defeats the purpose of it being wireless. It is also made of metal or aluminum so the head set felt very heavy while wearing it. It could be a one off instance and maybe I got a bad headset or a defect but I traded it in within 3 days and went with the HyperX Cloud Alphas.

I really love the quality of these headphones. When I’m playing games I don’t have a problem with it sliding off because of the adjustable head rest part

the product was great. but as for as purchasing it and later trying to add warranty at a later date was a hassle. My experience with Ace was rude. she never asked for my number to confirm i was a member so i could add a warranty. She began to call me rude and disrespectful because she didn’t know what 60 days were, everything could’ve been avoided only if she would’ve greeted me like a customer asking for my number and not “what are you doing back in here” and proceed to tell a higher up i was in the store 3 times that day. never knew it was a limit to coming to purchase things from a store or window shopping. Chyy has been a great help as always. she later on helped me purchase my warranty for other purchases.

These headphones were alright. I guess I was expecting a lot more. They are good headphone and the sound quality is decent. I just wish there as more bass or hit to the sound. I sounds really flat to me.

I had the older model of these but they broke after a year. I really loved the sound quality. I had a warranty and I guess they are fazing out the old model for these. I could tell by the weight they made them cheaper. The sound has an echo effect to them. I returned them and got them at GameStop. They also tried to give this model and said they were the updated version. Luckily they still had the older version online Arctic 7p+. I guess they are being discontinued. I will have to be so careful with them as they will no longer be available. So sad.

The dongle is too wide and obstructs the front usb port on my ps5. I have to use the adapter and plug it into the back. I think thats wierd. Other than that, they are decent headphones.

Very difficult to set up. Everyone complains about how i sound. And the ps5 wont auto connect the audio with these. Meaning everytime you use them you have to go into your setting on the ps5 and manually choose to send the out put audio to the head phones. And then when your done you repeat the process.

For being almost $200 after tax I was underwhelmed. For over the ear headphones they don’t give me that completely sealed feeling others headphones do. The sound is ok. The Bluetooth feature is cool with the sound being mediocre I don’t find reasons to use it for music. The overall build quality feels like low quality plastic parts put together. I was excited to buy these now I wish I spent the extra $150 for the higher end ones.

Sound for chat and gaming is good. Thats where it ends. Sound for Bluetooth very low and after maybe a year with it. It completely dies on a good charge.

Got one for my wife and i to replace some older models. Bit of an odd button placement that sometimes makes me feel like I’m reaching awkwardly to mute myself or power off, only -1 star.

The sound bleeds to the mic which can create feedback. So if your using the mic your going to have to turn down the volume.
