Work great, i can get up and get snack and a drink without taking my controller eith me. And my cat can lay in my lap without me having to move the cord

I am really happy that it works pretty good with my Macbook. I work from home and I need to have a sturdy headset to make calls and this is just exactly what I needed.

I wanted to try something different and im glad i did. The best headset i ever bought.

I purchased this headset and within 7 days, I noticed it was having some technical defective issues. Once i muted the headset or even adjusted the voice volume rocker, I would no longer be able to hear other players. I would have to turn the headset off and back on to be eligible to hear them again. I contacted steelseries directly because I bought the last headset in stock at best buy. After explaining back and forth for multiple days, steelseries told me to return to bestbuy which is now on the 16th day which exceeds the return timeframe. After continuing to message them about the on going issue, they said they will replace it with a used recondition headset and that inhave to take pictures of me destroying the old headset. I dont think I should be receiving a used RMA headset for a new defective headset that was just purchased, therefore I discontinued the chat. Not to mention i had to wait a full day for them to reply. Based on this experience, i would never purchase their product again.

Its really bad at connecting to the xbox, its not seamless or even 1% as easy as the first party xbox headset is. Save your money

These headphones are great, sound quality is excellent I’ve researched a few for gaming and these kept popping up so I purchased them and I’m happy that I did.

sometimes when I start the Xbox app, it takes 20 minutes to get the headphones to connect!!! Would definitely not buy again! The plastic piece broke, which held the left headphone to the headset after only five months of use!

Ear muff broke off of the headset after three weeks due to their poor design and build quality. These were not abused, ear muff broke off in my hand when removing. I reached out to best buy, they didnt help at all. Steel series had me send in videos and a picture and then refused to help because they don’t cover damage of any sort. Well of course not, but these werent damaged the ear muff popped off because it wasnt built right in the first place. Completely disappointed. Look out for more durable options, these are terrible and the company won’t stand behind their product.

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X is amazing. Audio quality is crisp, clear, and super immersive, and the mic is great for squad chat. Very comfortable for long sessions, excellent wireless connection with zero lag, and battery life has been strong. This is my primary headset for Battlefield 6 and I love it, the directional sound and clarity really elevate the gameplay experience. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend for Xbox gamers.

These headphones fit great and the sound is awesome. I wear glasses sometimes when I play on my Xbox and this is not an issue. They come synced to the Xbox right out of the box so that is a major plus. I’ve played days on a full charge which helps to keep you in the game. The only issue I do have is that I have to re-sync after a full charge. I’m sure once I figure that out I’ll be good to go. I’ve only had these a short time so I need to try chat and see how they work on other devices.

This is a great headset for anyone looking for reliable wireless performance on Xbox. The connectivity is seamless, and the ability to use Bluetooth simultaneously is a fantastic feature. The main issue for me is the sound quality; while it's perfectly fine for chat and identifying in-game cues, it isn't the best. The audio can feel a bit flat and lacks the punch and immersion I've experienced with other headsets in this price range. Additionally, the fit isn't very adjustable. It relies on the elastic headband, and I struggled to find that perfect, secure fit, which might be an issue for some. Overall, it's a solid, convenient headset, but I can't call it excellent due to the average audio and limited adjustability.

This is one of the few headsets that works with every platform and can simultaneously connect with phone while connected to PC or.console. Very comfortable with a neutral and well rounded sound that can be tweaked with the software on PC. Happy with the battery life. Works flawlessly with PC and Xbox. Works well with phone but I have to manually select. Microphone is clear. The surround works well in games but perhaps not quite as well as Dolby atmos for headphones which you can purchase separately for a few dollars.
