Customers are positive about the Arctis Nova 7X Wireless Gaming Headset's sound quality, comfort, and battery life, with many praising its lightweight design and compatibility with multiple devices. However, some customers expressed concerns about the headset's price point and noted that the bass could be improved, while others mentioned occasional connection issues. The fit was generally well-received, though some found the maximum volume insufficient. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding price and minor technical issues.

Great headset all around the board. Its very comfortable on your head and ears. Perfect microphone that lights up red when muted, which since purchasing, I haven’t talked while my mic was off. Had to save the battery life for last because I think I’ve only set it to charge 5 times since owning them for about 35 days.

These are comfortable and the microphone is very good for clarity and not picking up tons of background noise. That said, the bass is pretty bad. Playing games like Forza Horizon 5, I want to hear the bass and sub mid tones for the cars and driving experiences, but it’s pretty underwhelming. Also, they’re pretty quiet, which kind of blows. I’ll just stick to the wired Arctis 3 or 5.

If you want a headset, that’s easy to use last for 30+ hours super light on the head and overall just good for gaming. This is the headset you need to get.

Great sound and battery life! Two slight issues are the fit, small gap below my ears that could be fixed if I play around with sizing more. The other is the volume knobs, a nice feature would be to “lock” volume. The knobs are easily bumped am volume adjusts quickly. Other than those I’m very happy!
Totally worth it for the dual audio, high quality.

I love having both Bluetooth and the connection to the Xbox at the same time. Both connections have worked flawlessly so far at about 30 feet away. I can get audio from one TV or iPad showing the football game while play Forza on the Xbox (for example) or have background music that I pick myself while playing some games. Chat/game mixer is easy to use, volume is easy, mic is clear (at least that’s the feedback I get). The headset is fairly comfortable if not a little warm during long playtimes. I really appreciate the long battery life. I really only use it on the weekends and probably charge once a week if needed. Highly recommend getting the Dolby Access app on Xbox, it makes a huge difference for any headset you buy. Worth the money, even better on sale.

The best gaming headset I have owned, all the different pre settings work extremely good and the software couldn’t be any better. Mic sounds good, comfortable, and the Bluetooth while using 2.4 is simply amazing. The radius if the signal goes through my entire house.

So I’ve tried every major brand of gaming headset. Literally I’ve tried them all at this point. Including even the Astro Pro set-up that is the most expensive option out there. This headset is simply awesome. What I like most about it is the built in AI feature that eliminates your background noise feeding into your mic. It’s really good at only picking up what I am saying.

Really good headset, really comfortable, amazing sound and good quality. It comes really handy that you can connect this whit all consoles, pc and even your phone. Only not so great aspect it’s the microphone.

I love this headset, been using it since I bought it nearly every day. It has great sound, customizability, and is extremely comfortable. The microphone on it has fairly good quality sound, especially for a headset mic, even if I don't use it myself (coming from someone who equalizes and uses condenser mics all the time). My only gripe is of the Steelseries GG software, which has cut out on me and friends before, or refused to startup, along with some other gripes. However, if you can get around a software with slight problems every now and then, this headset is great for gaming and watching videos!

When my microsoft wireless headset fell apart i decided to try this steel series one out. I love it! It has great sound, is comfortable to wear, and seems sturdy.

I love this headset. Fits comfortably on my head even with my glasses on. Great sound quality and works with all my devices. Charge stays up, even after 6 hours of gaming. For years, I've used Turtle Beach headsets and this one has lasted longer than any of those.

I initially purchased the Turtle beach Stealth 700 gen 2 Max and although they sounded amazing, the software was not syncing with the headset. Then i purchased these and have been rock solid. Bluetooth works great simultaneously. Id give their dound quality a 8/10. Comfort 10/10

A great headset for gaming consoles, laptops, and just general listening. The sound quality if great, the ear pads are extremely comfortable, and they are so lightweight. I was originally shopping for a new headset for my wife but when I looked at the features and reviews I decided to order us both a pair. A few days in and they don't disappoint at all.

The Nova 7X is a step up in more comfort from the Arctis 9X with amazing feeling cushions and quality. Sound is overall clear and gets quite loud. Its compatibility with PC, XBOX, and Playstation make it much more worth it. Battery life is long and charges fast with ease.

The dongle makes this one so easy and quick to hook up to laptops or an xbox- however, I've had problems getting it to work with my android phone. Extremely adjustable and comfortable in nearly every way! The volume controls take a bit to get used to, especially when playing online games. I like to listen to music using Spotify in the background while playing zombies with friends, so it can get a little tricky to level everything just right. The battery life so far is AMAZING, especially for my first wireless headset! My only real issue with it is that sometimes I like to use the mute function for a bathroom break, but when I switch the mute back off, I have to literally reset the whole headset. Boo. :( Overall a great first wireless headset!

These headphones are by far the best I’ve ever used for gaming. I can connect to my Xbox and my laptop at the same time to talk to my friends and listen to music. The one thing I dislike about these headphones are the design. I’ve had 2 pairs that have broke because the swivel design is very weak. This design is fixed on the Arctic 5x but they cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously. As long as you do not swing these around they shouldn’t break. Other than the design these are by far the best sounding, comfortable, and functioning headphones I have used.

These are fantastic! If you’re someone who games on Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 5, and PC then these are the only ones you need - as the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X model supports them all!
Audio quality has been improved over the original Arctis 7’s, as well as the comfort, and build quality. I always felt like the Arctis 7’s had a very clean sound, but was always lacking a little warmth and that extra punch - now they finally have that with the new Nova design. 3D audio/surround sound is excellent on PS5 and Xbox, as well.
Oh - be sure to download the SteelSeries GG software, along with connecting the headset and the wireless dongle to your PC to update the firmware! You can also adjust the mic sensitivity, mute light, Bluetooth, and the EQ. Setting the EQ is what really elevated these to the next level in audio quality as they are set to Flat by default (which is fine). Oh and I think many will enjoy the audio with the EQ set to Smiley.
I highly recommend these!
