Great and comfortable, love using it for long gaming sessions since I can just switch the batteries when one is low

Overall decent headphones. Using dual Bluetooth for PC and console gamin all in one headset is a great feat. The Dual battery system always comes in clutch for never having a dead headset.
I would recommend getting better ear cushions and maybe a silicone headband as these slipped my head very easily looking down

The setup was easy and the software that comes with it is easy to navigate. It has a lot of presets for the most popular games, and you can save a few for quick switching. So I have one Cyberpunk 2077 and then another when I want to listen to music.
I got the white pair and the fit is good, they cover my ears and dont bother my earrings. The noise cancelling is good, if I wanted anything more, maybe a little bit more bass.

Great product! But not sure it's worth the price. The sound is good but there isn't a transparency mode so that if you wanted to hear someone in the room you can.

I got this while it was on sale. The gg steel series app that you use for this headset is amazing. You can categorize your gaming, streaming, discord audio and then edit them all separately to suit your needs. One battery charges while the other is being used so you’re never without a battery for a few seconds. I love this headset and the only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that I often have to restart my computer after it sleeps for the night because the audio has a tapping sound to it if I don’t. This is a good headset and I do recommend it!

mostly quite good! love having 2 batteries that can be swapped between. audio is great (i dont have the greatest ear for this sort of thing, but to me its perfectly good), though it needs to be fiddled with in sonar for some purposes. main drawback is that the mic sucks. it needs to be pretty close to your mouth, too, both of which were not issues with my razer kraken kitty edition. i made the mic less nasally in sonar, but its still suboptimal. for such an expensive headset, it should have a better mic than the $150 headset i had previously. im also not very happy about needing to fiddle with the audio to make the audio and mic better; i feel like they should be good by default considering its like $380 retail price. overall, good headset, lots of quality of life features. but im old fashioned and i dont like having to alter settings via software to make its performance optimal (and even with fiddling, the mic is worse than the razer headset mic i had before). the retail price is super inflated tho. i got mine on sale, and im still a little peeved about 300 bucks for this. its also a little tight around the head and gives me a headache after a while. my head is pretty average too, so folks with a larger cranium, beware. id give it 3.5 stars but i dont have the option for half stars.

The headset itself is fantastic in my opinion. I use my headphones far more than would be considered regular use and they still hold up. My only recommendation would be to get the black ones instead because the inside fabric of the ear cuffs can start to look dirty fairly fast with earwax and other grime. The black ones I never noticed this with, but functionality wise I highly recommend this model and the black version.

Going from traditional plug in at night headphones to hot swapping batteries mid match has been a little bit of an adjustment but overall a super cool feature. I swapped to these after buying another pair of turtle beaches and being told by my friends how bad i sounded, now after playing with the settings even my sound engineer buddy says i sound great. 10/10 so far just needed to get through an adjustment period with the mic, batteries, and bluetooth setups

Sound quality is fantastic. I love the fact that you can make your own sound mix and tune it to exactly what you need. I get complimented that my mic sounds crystal clear. It has really great noise cancellation, both in ear and on the mic. I sit right next to a huge air conditioner unit and friends have mentioned they can’t hear it at all. I can’t hear it when it’s operating in my headset either. Having a backup battery on reserve in the dock is super convenient. I don’t have to sit there in silence when I’m gaming if I had forgotten to charge my headset. I just pop off the magnetic ear cover and swap the batteries.

I was skeptical about these but i am very impressed and love them.
I own Arctis Nova 3 Wired and have those plugged into a sound blaster sound card but these nova pros with dac sound way better. For the pc, you can adjust the settings and the bass is great. These are great for gaming esp for games that directional sound is important.
The only con is that the these are a little tight and i dont have a large head just fyi for people with large heads might be uncomfortable hours a few hours.

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves them. He says they’re so comfortable he forgets he’s wearing them and said they have great sound quality as well. Five stars to anything that makes him happy<3

1 Year later and these are still some of the best headphones that I have decided to purchase. The noise isolation is legitimate on these, to the point where you are not able to hear a single thing even on the lowest volumes when gaming or watching a video.
The extra bluetooth feature on these also make them great for all use cases especially if you have a handheld PC and are on the go.

Steelseries headphones are a game-changer, especially for their maximum volume. I enjoy playing video games at a very loud volume, and none of the other headphones I’ve tried have been able to meet my expectations until I tried the Steelseries.
The reason I gave it four stars is because when I turn my PS5 from resting mode, I can hear the sound with a lot of interference. I have to restart the PS5 to resolve this issue. However, once I do, I’m completely satisfied with the sound quality. I highly recommend them.

These sounded really good, had lots of features, and i loved that i could game on my PS5 and listen to YouTube on my phone at the same time with this headset. I unfortunately returned them for 2 reasons. First, they did not fit my head really well, they would slide forward all the time if I moved at all, I tried several adjustments, but none worked for me. Second, they made my ears warm, and that bothered me. I strongly believe these will be awesome for most people out there, and the audio is awesome, footsteps on demand when you tweak the eq.

I like this enough to own three sets of this headset. One for my husband, one for my PlayStation, and one for my PC. I don’t think I’ll purchase a different wireless headset.
