This is by far the most expensive and disappointing headset I've ever owned. I got tired of Corsair, their products are usually great at first but don't last, so I looked into switching and settled on these. The headset is full of half baked features, poor ANC, and bloatware that installs new sound drivers that don't work. It channels "games", "chat", "media", etc. into different digital sound drivers and uses their 'Sonar" feature to channel them into one output - but this frequently breaks, causes crashes, and doesn't even auto-default the sound devices properly. I wish I could still return them.

Little hard to setup for pc for xbox but got it done the sound is amazing

Fits right in has some pretty cool adjustments you can make to the headset and on to your pc. This is defenitly better than any headset ive had.

Great sound for gaming you can hear every little movement in r6 .

Got tired of using wired headphones. Got these and didnt like the ears getting hot so got wicked cushions for it.(definitely do that) These things are fantastic.

genuinely disappointed in SS for this one, there's no bass. none. i messed with the EQ and followed a lot of instruction from online, i simply cannot get any thump out of this. i have an older pair of the Arctis 7+'s and those have not real thumpy bass but it's at least enough to not ruin music

This headset is easy to use and you can hear everything around you even lower back ground noises. 10 out of 10

Hands down best headset used for gaming and even music, easy plug and play and easy software to navigate.

I actually would've liked to have kept these but as well as they performed on PC, on PS5 a quality experience was too hit or miss. Maybe it was 2.4 GHz channel interference but I've had other headphones work fine in my environment. I didn't bother with bluetooth connection, just want to plug & play so to speak. This would've been a 5 star rating if PS5 performance was consistent.

Excellent headset! My son has been looking for high quality headsets for a couple years. After many disappointing purchases, we finally hit the jackpot!
