Something Rubs Against My Ears in the Cups

Outstanding headset with one big flaw, and that being some kind of notch on the inside of the earcups that rubs against my ears. I think it has something to do with noise cancellation. That is about the only issue I have with the headset.
They sound much better than the previous model (which still sound good).
The mic performance is excellent when it comes to discord and phone calls. There's tons of background noise where i work and the mic cancels it all out.
The build quality is much better than the previous model. The previous model that I have is somewhat falling apart.
Ultimately, a great headset that I have to return due to the comfort problem. Whatever that thing inside the ear cups that rubs against my ears is a no go for me and is very uncomfortable. I have the previous ones and there's still some life in them so I'll use those until I find something better, the next model comes out.
I found a video that shows what I described. I made a screenshot of it.

If you get this headset, I would recommend getting a different set of earcups because they do get kind of hot after a gaming for a while. But sound quality and mic are top notch with the ease of controlling the discord app and game on the headset, also that if you can make the DAC show you your PC's temp on the SGG app.
Pretty great quality and conivenience, not perfect

These headphones blew me put of the water with their sound quality while gaming, and listening to music. The simultaneous bluetooth works pretty good, and is the best headphone yet ive tried with this feature. It can have interference though if you have the bluetooth on and many 2.4 g wireless acessories nearby. I like the battery system and how it comes with two, it makes for longee wireless gaming times. The anc is okay, for a gaming headset. Dont expect the anc to be better than bose or airpods max or sony headphones. Also, if you use anc, and speak at the same time, it cant exactly cancel out all of your voice, so you get a weird slight annoying feedback loop. If im gaming without talking anc isnt a problem. Also, sonar software is kind of a pain to use, the chat mix software sucks. Steelseries engine though, is a pretty good and straightforward software to use. So yeah, it has some problems but overall Im glad i made the purchase as the gaming experience, ease of use, and comfort are amazing so far.

Awesome headphones overall. The issue is they aren’t exactly perfect. The mechanism for the infinite battery system is weird such as how you replace your headphones battery on itself or how you plug it into the charger. I wish the process was more smooth. Wireless charging would be nice for this price or a stand that charges seen on other headphones designed for console users. The headphones are very comfortable definitely a great attribute and other headphones at this price range aren’t as comfortable from my experience. Additionally, the audio quality is amazing and really it’s incredible at this price rage. The microphone is not great. I’ve heard better from way cheaper headphones and the software really doesn’t help. The software however does have unique features and will enhance your audio experience.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for high quality gaming headphones with a microphone that are unique and powerful.

I have owned the SteelSeries Arctis 7s and the Titan A50s. These are superior in every way! They are extremely comfortable and all of the sound profile options are very detailed and you can control so many aspects of the sound. The video capture feature was also a big surprise, if you are on a PC you can set it to capture many different moments in most AAA games. I also love that it has 2 swapable batteries allowing for a true 100% wireless experience on long gaming sessions. That being said the batteries last a very long time. 10/10 would buy again.

These are genuinely really good headphones both for gaming and for music listening. Out of box they sound great but with the sonar software you can really explore these headphones, from making customs eq's for legit everything to making the mic sound good. They are really comfortable and feel light on the head the ANC isn't that bad like most say. My favorite part if the infinite battery system when one battery dies all you gotta do is pop out the one from the Dock and pop it in the headset and pop the dead battery in the dock and boom you're ready to go in less that 30 seconds!!

In my years i have went theough quite a few different headsets, from manufactures to price changes to see where i could get a comparable headset to my studio reference headsets. This headset especially being wireless. Genuinely impressed with the quality and performance.

This headset is very nice for the quality and pricing. Comes with DAC or aka audio splitter and great software support for mixing. Has active noise cancelling that works well with most environments. Comes with two batteries and the DAC itself has a charging port for the spare battery so you never have to actually plug your headset to charge it. The battery pocket is covered by a magnetic plate for easy change out. For everything you get in this package, it’s a no brainer to get it if you are looking for an all around good headset

I love the product however I wish they built in a mixing feature for balancing the game audio/ voice chat for console players. Volume is very crisp to the point any outside noise you really can’t hear.

Very pleased with this headset. It’s comfortable and the sound quality is great. The battery life is more than enough to last me a few days before swapping (which is super easy with the charger base, you always have a charged battery to use).
My only critiques would be to make either the power or mute button more discernible through touch, sometimes it’s hard to tell which is which when you’re wearing it. More room for adjustment could be nice for some folks but I didn’t have any issues adjusting to a comfortable setting.

After a lot of research on different types of gaming headsets, I decided that since I was putting together a gaming setup I'd bite the bullet and picked up a set of these. Let me tell you that they do not disappoint! They are amazing! As a FPS player the 3D sound is amazing. You can hear footsteps not only left to right but you can clearly tell if its above or below you. As far as what some say about bass levels this headsets gives you a clear, overall blananced sound profile.
If you have an opportunity to grab a pair of these, I would definitely not hesitate. Overall build and comfort is great as well.

They are very nice. My only complaint would be that they slide off the head easily. Although I don't personally use the microphone attached to the headset. So I can't comment about it's quality.
