Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the superb sound quality, amazing battery life, and comfortable design of the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms and the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity. However, some find the price to be high and the noise-canceling feature could be improved. A few users also mentioned that the software could be more user-friendly and the ear pads could be more substantial.

First of all, this headset is so uncomfortable out of the box. The clamping force is way too much and my head isn't even big. The earcups are not comfortable at all, especially since the ANC nub touches your ear because of how thin they are. Aftermarket pads from Wicked Cushions saved them. The clamping force can be reduced by stretching over books overnight. To me the EQ is horrible out of box and needs major adjusting in the sonar software. After all of these issues are fixed, I think it is a really great headset. The aftermarket pads are way comfier, the sound quality is great (except for gunshots in Valorant for some reason), transparency isn't the greatest since it is too quiet when any music is playing. The swappable batteries are AMAZING, as well as the mic quality.

Connection to Bluetooth is easy and the transition from game to phone is flawless. Only complaint is after gaimng for 16 hours they do start to feel heavy but who games for that long lol

I love that there are 2 batteries and one is always charging in the base. Sound quality is great. Some people complain about the mic, but just chatting in game is fine. Only downside is the steep price tag. After a few months of use I have 0 complaints.

    A little more grip

I returned this item 3 times before I got one that didn’t have any malfunctions so right off the bat I didn’t have the greatest experience. This is a pretty great headset, I have it hooked up to both my Xbox Series X and my PC (PS5 too before I returned it) and I love not having to switch headsets when I change gaming platforms. The sound quality is great when you’re gaming but it leaves a little to wish for when you’re listening to music and you like your bass to be turned up a little. I need to mess around with it a little more using the SteelSeries GG app and maybe I can get it tuned a bit better. The rechargeable batteries are a life saver since I often forgot to plug my old headset in to charge. One thing I wish they added was some grip to the knob on both the headset and the base station, I often find my finders slipping when I want to raise or lower the volume. Over all the NovaPro Wireless is an good headset with great features for most gamers.

    Shockingly Good Performance

I review headsets a lot on YouTube and the Nova Pro Wireless seriously hits it out of the park. It's a step up in build quality from the Arctis Pro, with better sound quality and more features as well. The Nova Pro sound quality has a lot of detail and some boosted treble, like the other Arctis line, but it's much more refined here. Gone is any harshness to the sound that I wasn't a fan of on prior SteelSeries headsets. The microphone quality is top notch. Easily in the top 3 along with the Corsair HS80 and Virtuoso RGB XT. It tucks away nicely when you don't use it. You can't custom EQ bluetooth but it still sounds really nice, and get's incredibly loud. Some of the special features like Sonar only work with PC, so while this still works great on Xbox AND PlayStation (yes the Xbox version works wirelessly on PlayStation), you can't use every feature like the custom game EQ presets on console. That's the way it as at launch anyway. Wireless performance is excellent, with very low latency, long wireless range, and great sound quality. I never had signal drop out issues. Comfort is good with a medium to light clamp force. The leather ear pads are excellent, though not as plush as the Epos H3PRO Hybrid (which is softer but has a more firm clamp force). Thin frame glasses are good to go with the Nova Pro. With thick frame you may adjust it more. There's a lot you can do with this and only so much I can write, but I'd check out my name on YouTube if you want to learn everything about it. Overall these are a solid 10 to me.

Excellent headphones, you can now die to a rage baiting teenager (who is clearly better then you) comforted with the soft warm embrace of the Steelseries pro. It’s caressing sound profile can be tuned down to remove game volume and concentrate on what really matters chatting with your friends till next round. Its enormous price tag will help shelter your ego through many a decimated gaming night. Worth it! Also, great service at the store. They were able to do a price match after an unexpected sale.

Absolutely stellar. Elite, luxurious, plushy ear cups. Easy to use and adjust settings from headset itself (doesn’t need an app!) The noise cancellation is on point. Not to mention they are very well built. Craftsmanship is 10/10. Will not be buying turtle beaches again. Expensive but definitely worth the money!

One of the best headsets i have owned. And ive had logitech, turtle beach and astros. The most comfortable and easy to use by far. Only criticism is it would be nice if the ear cups were cooling gel foam or something.

Just absolutely amazing! I have a PS5, Xbox Series X and a Switch. I love that this headset can connect to all of them very easily. I also love the duel Bluetooth. I can listen to YouTube videos on my Phone or IPad at the same time I’m playing video games. Works perfectly and the Comfort is the best. I originally was going with the Logitech Pro X2 Lightspeed because i loved the look, but the feel and sound quality of the Arctic’s Nova Pro is just amazing and worth every penny.

Great but troubled with recent firmware update

Great headset had on a deal for $250. Harder to recommend at $350. Unfortunately a recent firmware update heavily reduced the sidetone/mic monitoring volume and it’s reduced it’s usability for me. The other features, desk mixamp and hot swappable battery are very nice though. Lastly I do wish they came with the Nova 7x’s more comfortable/breathable mesh ear cups. But the leather are quite nice, in my pictures I swapped them for a more comfortable pair though using a 3D printed adapter as sadly they use a proprietary snap on type cup instead of a general earpad groove.

Really good quality of sound, but ANC sucks I still hear about a 30% of the noise around me, and that was a big disappointment. I bought this headset because i wanted to play without noise distractions in my consoles, but it doesn't supress the noise as I expected. Aside from that, everything is really really good... The interchangeable batteries are the best thing ever, they last +40 hours and if the battery life gets affected, you can always buy a new pair instead of a new headset.

These wireless headphones work seamlessly with either your computer or Xbox. I'd imagine the same could be said for PlayStation, I just don't own one. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to upgrade their $60-$100 headset. I almost forgot, the best part is the battery is removable and it comes with an extra battery. The spare can be charged via the base station so, you'll never need to worry about running out of power.

THE BEST headset I've ever owned; and thats that I've had TurtleBeaches, Astros A50 and Logitech. The SteelSeries Pro is top of the line and the feature to hot swap batteries is unbeatable. The base has an equalizer, noice cancellation and even outside awareness (so you can choose if you want to hear the noise around you with the headset on. Very helpful when someone is trying to get your attention.) I don't regret the purchase.

After a few years with these by now, I can say they are the best headphones I have ever had. They are still comfortable and having two batteries to swap back and forth so you never have to worry about if they are dead or not is amazing. Definitely recommend these.

Sound good, comfortable, good quality so far, love it, but i cant download Sonar in my Mac only comparable with Windows 10, that is the reason 4 stars, cause that is the software make this headset sound much better, the noise cancellation is not really block a noises only reduce a bit, but i still i will keep it, why i can connect this n any devices, i watch movies and my iph, tablet, in my mac, tv, i hope steelseries will have Sonar for Mac, that will be super

Can't say enough good things about these headphones. Not only are they the most comfortable and immersive (random whispers and ambient noises in D4, directional footsteps in CoD) headphones I've ever owned, they are crystal clear for the 9 daily meetings you wish you weren't required to attend.
