Truly not worth the money, the audio cuts out often and they are beyond uncomfortable. The ear phones get hot and the mesh cotton pudding is formless allowing the speaker within the ear cuff to press firmly against your ear causing pain and immediate fatigue. While you might be able to adjust the game and chat audio with a mixer and utilize dual channel audio (hook up your phone to answer calls and play music while gaming)... its not worth it. These are getting returned without question.

Bought this item set it up worked good. Sound quality was good not great but good. For $329 you would think it would be great but no. Anyway. First day I used it I realized that the ear muffs where not very comfortable, and soon after my ears started to sweat a bit. NBD. On the 9th day I was watching Netflix on the PS4 and the nit started to reset it self every couple of minutes. next day the same thing. So I returned it and bought a different head set. For such a pricey headset they sure do not last long!

2 years in nothing but problems with the software which sucks because when its working the headset is great. The latest update bricked my wireless transmitter, wont work on usb power or ac in power. Literally hadn't moved the transmitter in a year and a half then it just quit working on me.I expect a flawless experience for 329.00 this was far from it.

GameDAC is physically connected, but the PS4 just doesn't see it. What a waste of $300.

    Terrible Quality

I don’t usually write reviews but these headphones have got me upset. At first I absolutely loved them they were super comfy and the features like the pull out mic and extra charging battery were amazing ideas. But what I hate about these headphones is the quality and pain it is to get them to work right. You have to tweak them a lot to get the right kinda sound quality and also turn off the volume control. But that’s whatever I like messing around with my gadgets anywho. My biggest problem is the quality with the mic and “steel and aluminum “ construction. My set snapped right where the earpiece connects to the headband. Well that piece is plastic, which I can understand there are plastic pieces all over but that is literally the most delicate place on the headset and is made of plastic! I mean I’m pretty clumbsy and sat on mine but they snapped like a twig. Which is just bs due to their 330 price tag I would expect these to take a little abuse! I mean this isn’t the first set I’ve ever sat on. And certainly the first to break as easily I’ve had turtle beaches that were a third of the price and last way longer made of all plastic! And lastly the biggest reason for me even writing this review is the mic quality! Terrible terrible quality! It picks up every type of background noise around!! My buddies can’t hear me but they hear like everything I’m doing it is the weirdest thing. I went into my options under mic level so I could hear my self and it’s bad I can hear any slight movement I make with my head, I can hear my fan buzzing, my PlayStation running. Like literally everything. It’s so sensitive to frequencies that when I stood up in my room I could hear it pick up the electricity in my lightbulbs. But my buddies have a hard time hearing me. It’s the dumbest thing. Anyways if you read all of that DO NOT BUY! Waste of money it certainly was of mine.

did not even have for 30 days and mic does not work. i could live with that and maybe talk to someone but best buy is only 14 day warranty and steelseries does not even have a phone number. you have to wait forever to talk to someone at steelseries this is crazy for 300.00. you would think best buy would not sell this crap. i would say be careful before you buy these

    Worst choice ever

I picked Arctis Pro Wireless and got everything running on my computer and found my headset disconnecting over and over and ran all the updates and tested on 2 computer and my ps4 and will have the same problem over and over. Then i took them back replaced them with a new Arctis Pro Wireless and got home and tested the headset and found the same problem and tested everything again but still disconnecting and open a ticket with SteelSeries and told me something wrong with the headset. Then i started to try and do the warranty through the company and i have been waiting a week for a response so i took them back and hope no one has to deal with after spend so much money on a headset.

Mic level is still an issue

I received my pair of Steelseries Arctis Pro wirelss headset yesterday in the mail. The biggest concern I have right now is the pathetically low mic levels on this headset. You can not hear (nor can anyone else) your voice in various chat programs. I am still looking for a fix for this and will be opening up a ticket with Steelseries. If I don't hear back or a find a fix online this will be going back and buyihg a pair A50s. I have tried all the "fixes" of checking levels in windows, Realtek reinstallation, checking levels in Realtek and Discord chat levels. As of now I would NOT recommend anyone buy these headphones. I will revise this review when I either find a fix or return them.
