This headset has been great haven't had any issues really great sound quality awesome microphone quality and the transistor is easy to use

Overall pretty solid headphones. I like the sound quality and the build quality is super nice. Only issues for me are they don’t work with Xbox and they’re not very large head friendly. They work, but they are maxed out in size and my head isn’t even that large.

Amazing headset that I got on sale, it has two changeable batteries that allows it to always be charge and not die on me, and so much things you can change the sound definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new headset.

The headset comes with an extra battery making it easy to switch out when ur in the middle of this one on one games

Very solid product. I use the Steel series for other purposes other than gaming. What's not to like! My girlfriend is sleeping with it on as we speak. There is no substitution. Invest the money because when you do your gaming experience will change FOREVER.

I really like the product itself, setup was super easy and the docking station that keeps a spare battery charged at all times is massively useful. I also love that all the controls are physical buttons on the headphones themselves. Minor annoyance: you have to hold the power button down for like 5-10 seconds to get them to turn on. My only issue with with the Best Buy listing which said that these headphones have noise cancellation when in fact they do not. This was a major feature I was looking for, so it is really disappointing to be given erroneous information on that. The ear cups seal around your ears pretty tightly and block out a decent amount of sound as is, but I also wanted to use transparency mode as needed if I need to hear my surroundings.

Honestly, these are the best things I have purchased, I always use them, they are great for gaming, and the battery life lasts me what feels like a life time. If I had another gaming setup these headphones are for sure one thing I would purchase again

great headset. Its sound quality is good. The only complaint that I really have is the battery doesn’t last as long as you would think so you’re changing them quite often but but it does come with two so you always have a fresh one. It’s just changing them is the issue

The headphones themselves work perfectly fine, and have great sound quality as well. However, the issue is when use the microphone, it sounds like you’re in a dumpster or have being covered by a towel. The battery life isn’t well advertised in the product. They will last you about 4-5 hours before switch out the battery (which takes a bit). It’s probably good if you’re look more into sound or the comfort around your head. But, just ready for some small annoyance.
