I used this headset for work and gaming. I wanted to love them, unfortunately, the sound quality was not on par with my previous Razer headset. The audio was not as crisp as I would have liked, and there would be moments of distorted sound when initiating a call or game. Regarding battery life, the charge on one battery could not get me through an entire day. The two batteries are an awesome concept, but there is no way to charge them together. You can get more a headset with better sound quality for less. In regards to comfort and ease of use, they were stellar. As for durability, I did not have them long enough to tell, but they seems pretty solid.

These are hands down the best Headset I've owned to date! BestBuy had an outstanding deal that beat everywhere I looked for these and to add GeekSquad protection at a fraction for peace of mind :). Thank you for your outstanding customer service, support, and competitive pricing over the years. I remember going to BestBuy with my dad every Black Friday and camping out, shoot, still do it here and there.

I got this headset for a great price which I have come to learn best buy has alot of these deals, I would highly recommend this headset if you are serious about your gaming and want to hear every footstep around you while playing the game also the microphone lets everyone you play with hear you with no issues at all.

The arctis pro wireless have really good sound quality. If you like to game, listen to music or watch movies this is a great headset

Has amazing quality can be a little difficult if your new to any form of audio frequencies for mixing in the sonar suit but are truly awesome

Great headphones its very good being able to switch between my pc and ps4 or other inputs at the click of a buttons. no more do i have to switch where the usb is plugged into

best gaming headset ive ever owned , and the ability to have 2 sources of audio at the same time as well as sidetone is hands down the best . Audio is amazing as well. They also work for PS5 even though they just say ps4 .

Use these everyday they sound great easy connection Would definitely buy them again if my current ones ever go out

Overall a very very good headset. Lightweight and comfortable for long periods of time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when your putting the headset on the plastic joints tend to squeak a bit and I feel that a headset in this price range shouldn’t have that issue

Headphones fit my head pretty good, my ears don’t hurt after wearing them for hours. Listening to music is amazing, so is gaming with these. I love the swapable battery, more headphones should include this feature.

Very solid headphones. Great sound quality and actually pretty durable. Fell off my desk onto a wood floor a couple of times over the years and was completely unscathed.

By far the best headset I have ever used. The sound is just great. This is compared to a lot of other high-end models. The quality is just outstanding, the extra batter and ease of setup is just great.

I've been using this product for the past 8 years, unfortunately my first pair broke after 4 years. at the time i wasn't able to get another pair and had to result to using different brands. i could never find the quality of build or sound that matched this headset. i was able to get another pair and will never look else where.

very good headset. quality and sound for this headset was very good, set up for it was a little weird at first but after all that it the sound is amazing.
