I want to start off by mentioning that I have an extensive history with Steel Series products. Over the last decade, I have gotten my money’s worth out of the Arctis 7, 9 and the Wireless Pro is no different. Steel Series headsets have great build quality and overall product life. What makes this headset better than both the 7, and 9 are the quality of life improvements. This headset has a swap-able battery function that makes extended use a breeze. Whenever one battery runs low, you can just swap to the other one while charging the first one for future use. In addition to serving as the method for battery charging, the base station makes it easier than ever before to customize your desired settings. Within a few clicks I can fine tune the audio to how I like it. Overall, this headset is shaping up to be the best one I have used in the Arctis line. My one complaint is that it is one the pricey side, so if you can get it on sale, I would definitely do so. I was fortunate enough to catch it when it was on sale for around $140. At that price, very much worth it. I would have bought two if I could.

Great for gaming, and media use. The software creates different output channels to tune your eq preferences for different games and programs. These are extremely comfortable and have a lower battery life than some newer options, but by switching the batteries between charging in the dock and headset after every couple sessions makes this negligible. Amazing audio, comfort, functionality, and features (plus I got it on sale for just over $200.00 which made them that much better)

Definitely wasnt in my plan to buy a new headset (my razors decided to give up on life after some years of almost daily use) this was on sale at the time sigh decent reviews so took the chance on then and gotta say I’m very impressed with the mic quality and sound quality as well. The battery life on these are decent (I get 4-5 days on a single charge) you do get another battery and the receiver is also the charger for the spare battery so when I need to replace its a 30 second swap and power on and carry on love it

These headphones truly deliver an excellent audio experience, and the build quality feels very premium. They are exceptionally comfortable for extended listening sessions. Setting them up was a breeze; it was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend waiting for a good sale if you're considering a purchase. Overall, a fantastic product that's well worth the investment.

Great headset! Installation was very easy, although I did have some fun trying to get it to work with a KVM switch for my two linked PCs, and to ensure that the default speakers kicked in when the headset was switched off. Overall, very comfortable to wear, and great sounds and the Sonar GG Engine s/w makes getting the right sound mix a breeze. the two batteries make perfect sense (one on charge while the other is in use). Got this on sale with a $50+ discount so even better!!

Fantastic wireless headset. Great sound, with easy on headset controls. Amazing range if you have to walk away and not get disconnected as well as easy to swap battery to never have a dead headset.

These headphones are an upgrade from the Series 7 I was using. The doc is nice for volume adjustment and swapping between two different audio sources. The sound is very good and the suround works very well especially when used with Sonar. If you play first person shooters or ghost hunting games. These headphones are very good at making it sound like those footsteps or objects thrown come from the right direction. Very much recommend. The only thing I miss is the fade being on the headphones. Playing War Thunder and watching a video. You have to use the dock to turn down the game. The batteries are very easy to swap and no tools needed. The cover is magnetic.

So comfortable, the dual batteries and dock charging are a game changer, and the sound quality is next level. I'll be getting steel series headsets forever now.

Just picked these up for $140 USD, which is half off retail. Let me put it this way, if I had known the quality of these, I would have picked them up at $299, too. They're incredibly comfortable. They are heavier than quite a bit of other headsets on the market, but the material used, and the weight distribution more than makes up for that. Comfort is a 4.5 out of 5. Battery life is 10 hours per battery, not 20 hours like advertised. It's 20 hours total including the hot-swappable battery, which really is a game changer. The audio quality is insane for the price. I'm not a true audiophile, but I've been around musicians for most my life. Audio is 5/5(FOR A GAMING HEADSET). I only use these for my PC, so I can't speak for how it is on PS4. If you're thinking about buying a new headset, and if you have 2-300 bucks to spend, just stop looking. Buy these. $140 for these is an absolute steal.

I love the weight, sound, and features. They are amazing, and i was able to pick it up on sale for a steal! Unfortunately, i found in incredibly hard to install and get working properly. I eventually uninstalled all the software that came with it, and let windows recognize it automatically, and it has functioned well since.

Great wireless headphones for gaming. Only problem is lack of adjustment for those with low ears. However feels comfortable once broken in. Swappable batteries are a game changer.

It's nice the battery swapping and keeping it on 24/7 but what moved me the most was it's quality, I cried listening my favorite songs on the very first time. **I'm a big guy and felt a bit tight before I've changed the ear pads.

Amazing sound ! Nice surround sound and great using with my iPhone for music! Comes with 2 batteries that supposedly last 10 hrs each so far i think I changed them after 7-8 hours but still really good it is a little on the heavy side but still pretty comfortable fit!

This was a gift for my son. He’s had the same headset for awhile & it was just worn out! He does do online gaming a lot on weekends, in the evenings when he’s not working but he needed a headset that was multi-functional & tasking. He works for a logistics firm & is always on the phone with clients, as well working on his PC. I actually dug deep into different headsets that performs well with all things not just gaming but needed to definitely be wireless so he can move around from workspace in the office still while talking to clients with background noise at bay & yes for fun when gaming but being on call 24/7 with making sure trucks & deliveries are in route while he’s able to answer calls anytime he’s taking a little personal time. This truly checks all the boxes! If you’re a person that has a demanding job & needs to have a clear communication with while working, likes to take sometime out & are one that likes to play online games with friends etc, this is the headset for you. There’s so many features I’m sure I’m not even naming for this but these are some of the things he’s expressed to me he truly loves about this headset.

Overall great headset! Love the sound and the software has a lot of customization. Really like having separate source outputs instead of just a profile change in the software. Only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the headband it keeps it on my head, but it’s a bit tight and I found they get a bit uncomfortable for longer gaming sessions, BUT the sound is genuinely good enough that I can ignore that. Also absolutely LOVE having hot-swappable batteries.

I have been a SteelSeries customer for around 7 years now. I have owned four total SteelSeries headsets, a half dozen mousepads, and even tried one of their mice once. My first headset was an Arctis 7 Wireless which was so good I had to upgrade. I tried the Arctis Pro (Wired) but had to go back to cordless so I sold it to a friend and picked up an Arctis Pro Wireless.. four and a half years ago and probably 10,000 hours of use. I decided to pick up another set to have ready since they are priced at $150 currently and hand down my old ones to a friend who needed an upgrade. I wish I hadn't. The audio quality is great. Sonar, while buggier than it used to be, provides the best sounding game audio I have ever heard by a long shot. I received compliments often about my mic quality. The batteries still last a full 8 hours or so all these years later. The entire headset has worn quite well and still worked as well as the day I got it. My replacement set has a buzzing noise in the LH ear. I contacted SteelSeries support. Long story short, there is no option other than destroying the current headset without a formal approval of warranty yet and a written statement they cannot provide a time frame for the new headset shipping. That is beyond unacceptable. I live in the real world. For most people, this headset will be the best headset you ever own. The current pricing makes this a steal. Good luck if you need support.

With the two batteries you will never run out of battery, audio is super crisp, super comfortable headphones and the materials are really high quality.

As someone who hates cords the swappable battery is a fantastic feature. While each one only lasts 10 hours its plenty of time for a few nights of gaming before needing to swap. The sound is good, bass is great and lets footsteps stand out. It has a micro usb to charge the headset if you are away from the hub. My only grip is that i cant set the chatmix as the default for volume adjustment and have to click through the menu to mute my game and still hear discord.

The best aspect of thess headphones are the double rechargeable batterys. That alone, justifys buying them. The sound on the headphones is good, the feeling is very premium. The mic is a headphone mic, you get what you get and they work.
