I have been a SteelSeries customer for around 7 years now. I have owned four total SteelSeries headsets, a half dozen mousepads, and even tried one of their mice once. My first headset was an Arctis 7 Wireless which was so good I had to upgrade. I tried the Arctis Pro (Wired) but had to go back to cordless so I sold it to a friend and picked up an Arctis Pro Wireless.. four and a half years ago and probably 10,000 hours of use. I decided to pick up another set to have ready since they are priced at $150 currently and hand down my old ones to a friend who needed an upgrade. I wish I hadn't. The audio quality is great. Sonar, while buggier than it used to be, provides the best sounding game audio I have ever heard by a long shot. I received compliments often about my mic quality. The batteries still last a full 8 hours or so all these years later. The entire headset has worn quite well and still worked as well as the day I got it. My replacement set has a buzzing noise in the LH ear. I contacted SteelSeries support. Long story short, there is no option other than destroying the current headset without a formal approval of warranty yet and a written statement they cannot provide a time frame for the new headset shipping. That is beyond unacceptable. I live in the real world. For most people, this headset will be the best headset you ever own. The current pricing makes this a steal. Good luck if you need support.

The best aspect of thess headphones are the double rechargeable batterys. That alone, justifys buying them. The sound on the headphones is good, the feeling is very premium. The mic is a headphone mic, you get what you get and they work.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this headset initially but I believe it was a good choice for me personally, the 50% off retail also was a good incentive. Overall, the headset works great, the battery life is better than previous headsets I have own, having 2 batteries to interchange while one charges in my PS5. The sound quality is also great for me on console! My only complaints are my ears getting mildly sore after some mild discomfort with wearing. I also find the mic itself picks up noise easily and I haven’t tinkered with it too much but it can easily be frustrating when I’m conversing with friends. Overall this is one I’d recommend personally and I’ll only look for SteelSeries in the future!

Good product, excellent sound quality, and very comfortable even after several hours on the head. The only drawbacks are the microphone audio quality and short battery life.

Great For competitive gaming , battery life is great can last approximately 18-24 hrs before switching batteries user friendly the steel series platform for setting up and really good sound quality

Honestly, not a bad pick. The swappable batteries make it so you don't have to worry about it dying when you need audio most, and the spacial audio is very nice as well. Good mic quality, crystal clear. Noise cancelling very good.

quality sound while playing games i love the extra batteries that come with the headset while your using one battery your control box is charging the other so you always have a charged battery no plugging in headset needed

The sound quality on this headset is amazing, super clear and immersive. What I love the most is that it can handle two audio sources at the same time, so I can listen to my PC and my phone without switching.

These are by far the most comfortable headphones I have ever used. The sound quality is top level, and anyone who says otherwise is being critical for the sake of it. The battery is easy to swap, and holds the charge for a reasonable amount of time, I would say around 15 hours of steady use. I find the range of the blue tooth allows me to go from my basement office upstairs to my kitchen (approx. 60 feet) with no drops. My only gripe is that the retractable mic can be a bit over bendy at times and needs extra adjusting, but that's not a big enough issue for me to drop a star.

Hot swap battery is a game changer. I can see where others may find this headset to be tight, there is no mechanical system for adjusting the headset, just different pressure from the elastic headband. I have a smaller head and ears so it doesn't impact me to any adverse extent. Audio quality is fine, range is fantastic, and mic quality is better than my last hyperx I had.

Sounds good and love having the easy changeable batteries. Worth buying half off.

Amazing audio, great battery life, good box for controls and charging, does have shallow ear cups so hopefully you don’t, I tend to have bruises on outer ear from prolong periods

Sounds great, thats about all i can say. Headband is a bit small so if you have a big head you might not like them. Battery life is great, although the wireless receiver charging compartment is a bit wonky at times. Sometimes itll say it fully charged the battery in like 5 minutes. But with more use, it seems to have fixed itself.

Head set offers amazing sound plus not having to worry about charging your headset or having to look for a cable to charge your head set is a plus pop out the dead battery and plug in the new one

Got these after buying a pc and switching from xbox arctis 9x version. Audio is insane, never heard better before but my mic wasn't the best of quality so I ended up getting a separate mic and I love the combo. I got these on sale so for me I think it was a valid purchase along with the mic but full price maybe not so. One thing to note was the only people saying the mic was bad were people on pc and not console. Also the swappable batteries is such a great feature when you tend to forget to charge your headset.

upgraded from the corsair virtuoso xt. defintely worth it. sounds is noticeable better. and they are much more comfortable. will need to adjust the eq to be get the best out of them but it’s not a hard to do so. overall one of the best headsets i’ve ever owned. the only complain is the the volume setting is seperate from the os volume

well made comfortable and the sound is off of the chain especially when tuned with 3d audio software.
