Sound quality is great and the wireless connection is already set up out of the box. Very entertaining to walk around without worrying about a cable.

Honestly thought I was going to regret buying this, the headband felt a little small, and had little to adjust larger, but it seem to get better with time. Other than that, the hotswap batteries and volume knob makes it a no brainer.

Sound quality is not the best but the swappable batteries and dock is a game changer, can't go back to wired charging. I got it for half off, not sure that I'd pay the $270 for it.

Got this on a steep discount and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the first steelseries I’ve had in a while, but they seem to have fixed the connectivity issues I had with the other.

Honestly ive had many headsets in my lifetime. From steelseries to hyperx, these headsets are a game changer. From playing horror games, to listening to quiet footsteps for fps games. The only downfall is the mic for it but all n all its an amazing headset and you should invest.

Headset and gamedac are great. Some minor issues that were frustrating. First, it would be nice if it worked better to connect to both a PC and PS5 while maintaining microphone on both. Seems like the Nova pro has that capability, but is double the price. I initially had an issue trying to set discord to the chat audio output and games to the game output. This was resolved by plugging the dac into a different USB port from USB 3.0 to USB 3.2. Also, pro tip, install dts sound unbound on PC to utilize the DTS capabilities

Steel series consistently manages to have some of the best peripherals on the market in my opinion. Headset is comfortable with great sound. I use a USB mic so I can comment to the quality of that.

Work great for gaming! Comfortable and the extra battery is clutch.

I got these headsets to replace my arctis 7. Theyre an amazing upgrade from the 7. I enjoy that the headphones can sync with your phone and computer at the same time. While in between lobbies Ican doom scroll on instagram. The only issue i have with these headpgones is when you put on surround sound it has a 1 sec delay so i dont use it that often.

After about a month i can confidently say these are the best headphones ive ever had, the input and output audio is very clear and very adjustable and customizable, and the interface is easy to learn.

The headset is great, good audio, easy connection and is SUPER comfortable for long periods of time one small issue i feel like batteries just dont last long at all ill pop a new battery in and it seems to only last 2-3 hours max for me ill be in the middle of a tense situation and the battery will just die but other than that GREAT headset

As a preface, I picked mine up on sale: Works like a dream for my setup, very easy to swap out batteries when they get low thanks to the magnetic covering on the side. One downside I have noticed is that the battery life does seem a bit short, but that life is still somewhere near 6-7 hours or more. Overall, very worth the purchase, especially if you can get it on sale!

I love the swappable battery it’s like the headset will never die on me and so easy to swap too although after a couple of hours the headset do get a tad warm but a short break fixes that

Everyone says go wired for competitive shooter gaming and that’s true but if you insist on going wireless this is the best headset ive used and the extra battery is very nice

I didn’t know I needed headphones until I purchased this. It sounds like I have it set up to a A/V system and I can hear the other players foot steps.

Good headset! Got on sale, really comfortable. Good sound quality, only thing is mic isn’t the greatest. Dual battery switch ability awesome and very convenient!

Its a great headset, you are able to set an audio preset for different types of games. However was having issues with the audio cutting out while gaming.

It is very good quality but it feels like the batteries die faster than suggest. Its really good overall quality though, such as the metal head band and the crisp audio that’s indistinguishable from reality. Another reason why it isn’t five stars is that its a bit tight but I believe thats a personal preference.
