    I've had this mouse for about a year. The program was slightly difficult to use, but not too bad. The left part of my palm would touch the mouse pad when using it for a long time which wasn't very comfortable because it would drag around some. Now, onto the biggest problem I had with it. The pads on the left and right, as well as the little rubber things on the bottom, are held on my a type of glue. After about a year of using it the glue started "going bad" is how I'll put it. The pads started sliding around and the glue was squishing out from under all pads. This would pick up dust making gross dusty pieces of glue hanging out. Pulling the dusty bit off would just pull more glue out from under the pads. I returned it with the geeksquad warranty and got a G502 lightspeed instead.

    Worked for almost year pretty well. It started to not be able to connect to my computers and it started double clicking when I would click only once causing some issues with my timecard for work. If you get this mouse make sure and get the Best Buy warranty.
