    I have owned this controller for a few months now unfortunately... I did buy a protection plan just in case and I sure am glad I did! The first controller started losing connection after a month, it kept randomly reconnecting over and over and computer saying usb device not recognized... had to get the whole thing replaced. Controller two was all of a sudden messed up today, I went to take it off the charging cable and the controller was completely shorted out. wouldn't turn on, lights would not light up when plugged in to charge, nothing. Had to get it replaced again. I am now on controller 3 as of today and best buy informed me they no longer offer a protection plan on this product... I wonder why??? Buyer beware. it is a good controller though for the few weeks that it lasts before breaking.

    For a dual purpose controller it doesn't present its self as a dually capable one if you are lookijg for a pc controller there are better options out there. Also on certain games the drift is awful

    Piece of junk! BestBuy doesnt offer protection on this product because it sucks that bad. Its great out box but the sticks start drifting after a few WEEKS of gameplay. I purchsed this item 3 times and got the same result 3 times.
