I actually purchase this item twice only because when I went to Best Buy I was hoping to find a different one after the first one broke on me after about a month. But while it works it's pretty good

It's a good controller while it lasts, but even with the dongle it will stop working. It does so much right, but makes me wish I'd paid the COVID tax to get a proper XBOX controller for my PC.

Cheap controller with poor quality. The joysticks start drifting fairly quick and the buttons and triggers lose fuction. Plus no protection plan available. Avoid

Just the worst pc controller. Had for about a month when the joy stick started acting up. The layout is also very funky to use

Better off using a console controller if you have to. Very disappointed with this purchase only cause it worked great then went to junk almost overnight

Wasn't a bad controller until I started having issues with the left joystick. Of course it quit working right after I was able to return it

This controller was not at all what I expected. It has bad compatibility issues and disconnects frequently. I'm amazed nvidia recommend it for geforce now.

I purchased this controller for myself 8 months ago. After using it for 3 months, the left stick started to not function correctly - would push up on the stick and it wouldn’t move. I managed to get Steel Series to replace it, but the same thing happened again with the replacement. I am not rough at all with my controller, so obviously there are quality control issues. I purchased a Sony DualShock controller instead. Wish I never wasted the money on the SteelSeries and definitely won’t buy again.

It’s ok. Broke on me after two weeks of playing. Overall feel was good. Customer service on steel series side was trash. Returned and got another Brand

Never connects right. Finally got it working today and the left joystick wont go up or down. piece of garbage

Does not connect to steelseries engine. Buttons do not all work as they are supposed to. Clunky feel.

I bought this controller because had forgotten my XBox controller (bluetooth) and needed to get some game time in. I purchased this because of the BT capability and much to my surprise, connecting to my Windows gamer I had to use RF technology. And with limited USB ports, this controller pretty much became a paper weight. So it was a no go and took it back the same day I purchased. Too bad, it felt good, but I didn't need a hand massage, I needed it to perform.

Had to return remote, did function properly with console.

SteelSeries - Stratus Duo Wireless Gaming Controller worked ok for the first 3 days. On day 4 the controller started malfunctioning. By that I mean I would direct it to go one way but it would send it off in a different direction. After a week the controller moved the game pieces without me touching the controller. I returned the controller or a refund without any problem.

After a month the analog stopped working. Not worth buying. Super upset because I love steelseries products

I bought 2 of these, they both stopped working after 2 weeks. Returned them both.

This gamepad is a fine mix of Xbox and PlayStation controllers. The feel of the grip is good. The buttons are responsive. And the triggers’ depression/actuation action is good. Device setup was seemless on my Windows PC. Have nothing bad to write about it.

If you turn off the power switch to the controller and turn it back on later it will load as player 2/3/4. Have to literally uninstall drivers every time in order to use. Battery life is nowhere near as advertised lucky to get 6 hours of usage out of it before needing to recharge using the ungodly short recharge cable.

I thought the controllers weight felt off and that it was clunky to use
