The controls on my steering wheel still work well with my new stereo

They did an excellent job, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and the kit needed to install it. I had an aftermarket radio and he was able to install it without the kit I bought because it matched up with the previous. He returned it for me as well and saved me almost $60. Great job!

I recently purchased a remote start system for my 2006 Sienna and added the Total Tech Support in order to save a bunch on installation costs. I had previously installed an aftermarket PYLE DVD with GPS system but didn't wire in the steering wheel controls. Best Buy had no problem hooking up the controls to a deck that I didn't even purchase from them. They didn't need a $70 interface kit that is usually required. Glad I did it and I use the steering wheel control all the time now.

The guy who installed the steering wheel control was super friendly and did an excellent job. The only bummer about the experience was that the mute button on the steering wheel does not work now. He told us that it wouldn’t work and we wanted it anyway. Just know that it might not work on your vehicle before you purchase the steering wheel control because that could be a deal breaker for some people.

I love being able to use my stock steering wheel buttons to control my new Kenwood head unit, it works great!

Collin, the person who installs stereo equipment at Best Buy in Sherman, Texas is absolutely wonderful. He is very professional and takes time out to show you how to operate all of your equipment. He is polite and courteous and a fine example of how a customer service employee should treat a customer. I highly recommend Best Buy and Collin.

You will need this if you wish to keep your steering wheel controls for the radio in some older cars. Works great.
