Car-stereo install was done by previous owner in my used car. The wiring wasn't done properly. Best Buy installers ordered the proper parts and fixed the issue with controls on the steering wheel.

The technician installed my steering wheel control and it works great. Not only can I control my volume, but I can seek stations from the steering wheel as well, the same as it did with the original factory radio.

Everything worked out great. He would think it’s original factory equipment.

Experience was good. Time it took for installation was close to what was estimated and installation was clean. I did drive away and realized that the microphone wasn't working so had to turn around, but the techinician was able to get it resolved quickly. I would recommend to others looking to get their car radio updated.

They connected my Universal Wheel Remote control for Kenwood receiver. Item installed worked great, can control volume, change songs, etc.
