The was very knowledgeable and knew right away what I needed and ver attentive to my need he got my issue resolved quickly!!! Also got my air bag sensor fixed!!!! Very happy customer!!

This was part of a new radio install. When I saw how much they had to tear down I was a bit concerned about it going back together right. Never needed to worry, these guys are top-notch every time.

I head a steering wheel controller installed. Everything seems to be fine. Not a lot of information was provided to me about the install and it did look like done things were customizable but I was never asked or offered options. It works. I'm just wondering if it could have been better.

The install was perfect and timely. Everything worked as expected. Before I left the install technician made sure I had an overall understanding of how to adjust my equalizer settings. Very friendly staff.

The agent installed the radio and all of the necessary 'extras' on time. He explained how the process would work, called me when the installation was done, and reviewed the operation of the radio with me. I am very happy with the radio and the work he did.

Not happy with some of the products and money I have spent there but the geek squad is a great service. The reason I still shop at best buy, Very unhappy with the back up camera-Kenmore-the company is not supporting its product.

The guy who installed my Kenwood head unit did a great job and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain and demo the head unit and answered all questions. He even convinced my to purchase a sub woofer a year later.

the gentleman who installed our car stereo/gps upgrade was so patient and helpful. it was not an easy installation due to our make/model and he was so incredibly kind and explained everything. we really lucked out with the techs at our store!

I wasn't sure about the steering wheel installation but the agents were very thorough in their description of how it would work. I'm glad I did get it since it helps to keep my eyes on the road and be safe.
