Honestly, you could probably go without steering wheel controls if your budget is tight but it really is a nice touch. My 2002 now has better tech and sounds better than the cars in the showroom and the steering wheel controls are another cherry on top.

Awesome service from my technician! He was really friendly, knowledgable and professional! He kept me updated throughout the installation process and was able to finish earlier than expected!

The install service was scheduled on a Saturday making it convenient. The technicians were easy to deal with and they walked through hour to use the device.

The installation was very good. But the only thing is the wait times are very high like a month

I enjoy my radio and back up camera except the quality of the speaker with the radio is very poor I need an appointment to have something done about this. No one can hear me on phone conversations at all this is not acceptable.

This was the only thing pretty much installed correctly at the Pinole, CA. All other things installed has problems. It will take me one month to fix the mistakes that they made.

I got a new Kenwood radio with blue tooth, a microphone, two device connectors , and satellite radio. Along with JBL speakers, a ten inch subwoofer, and Alpine amps. Installed by Geek Squad in my Chevy Pick Up. Sweet!

Wife’s car was missing this feature but is now very happy with the additional convenience that this adds.

I had to go back to Best Buy because the technician did not have time to install my JVC Nav/Sirrius XM Radio unit. Getting this done was very easy but had to go to the Anne Arundel Best Buy location to do this.

If you can’t control your radio with your hands on the steering wheel, you need this.
