The Geek squad installed my radio and everything works perfectly. It is worth the cost!

I’m happy that the steering wheel controls work, but not all of them work the way they did with my last stereo. The guy that did the install was very helpful!

They were very helpful and professional from the initial sale to the installation with instructions on how to use the car stereo. Also helped my wife set up her pre-set stations.

Had a head unit installed in my SUV and installer professionally set my steering wheel settings to properly work with the new radio and settings .

The electricians knew what were they doing with the car, they installed my radio receiver and made look like it came from factory. They didn't take much and had a friendly time.

Stereo installation with steering controls work fine. Vehicle feels updated especially like the apple play capability

I my geek squad agent did a great job on installing my new stereo and giving it a certificate of service if I have a any problems with it

It took over a month to actually get the right parts ordered and an install scheduled and completed. First time, the salesman told us everything was good, that he talked to the installer and we had everything ordered. Took our car up there and had wrong parts all over the place. Installer worked with my son to get all the right stuff ordered and we were good to go when that all came in. Not sure what the salesman did but it definitely wasn't right. BE SURE TO CHECK WITH INSTALLER for car audio before you order or leave the store.

The technician lacked customer service skills but I will say it was more that he is was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. Best Buy needs more technicians.

Not sure how Thomas does what he does but is so knowledgeable about the install. He is the greatest. I would send all family and friends.
