I'm glad I decided to get this installation. We like having the ability to used the steering wheel controlled again.

The team did a great job of diagnosing the issue, recommending products for the solution, and then installing them.

For the service aspect of this, the install guy was great. Explained everything thoroughly and his work was clean

Had to wait over a month to get new radio with Sirius radio add on. Tech tried to rush me out without showing me how to operate radio.

I had to go get this installed by an installer. This wasn't as easy to install.

It's so much easier to use the steering wheel controls rather than reaching across the dash to make adjustments.

I don't remember what I got this for! Probably for a head unit install, so I guess it's good because nothing went wrong!
