This purchase was in support of the purchase of a new Kenwood stereo system with a back-up camera thrown in, for good measure. The convenience of having all of the accessories available from one store is great. I highly recommend having your system installed by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. You may also want to talk to them before you purchase to make sure you get everything you need when you place your order. All in all, the was a great experience at Best Buy.

The agent was extremely skilled, family friendly, customer service was exceptional and proficient, and enjoyable to watch. This best buy and agent are highly recommended for additional purchases and service.

The purchased system is working amazingly especially the interface with the new Steering Wheel controls. Very smooth and easy to use.

The steering wheel control system is extremely helpful for my daughter, this is her first car and she and I are very appreciative that our installer James recommend this product, if James had not mentioned it I would have thought it was something only Nissan could fix.

I had a stereo installed by the Geek squad. They did a horrible job installing it. I decided to go back and add the steering wheel control. The tech who did this install did an excellent job and pointed out the damage to my car from the previous install. The made the deal worth it to me by giving me some off for the damage that was done. I was happy with this service.

My aftermarket head unit wasn't communicating with my steering wheel controls, your car audio guru recommended this device and it works perfectly now.

I HAD THE SAME SWC INSTALLED ON MY 2002 CAMARO YEARS AGO FOR A RADIO. I PURCHASED A KENWOOD DNX577S AND THE ( STEERING WHEEL CONTROL ) IN CASE THE ONE THAT WAS IN USE COULDN'T BE RESET. THE INSTALLER WAS ABLE USE THE OLD ONE. MADE HAPPY, I RETURNED THE NEW AND I RECEIVE A REFUND!

The Installer was professional, diligent and very very helpful. My vehicle was returned to me looking like the equipment was factory installed and working properly.

The installation of my new car radio was speedy and went well. The only con I have to contribute is that the dashboard was damaged minimally when the technician had to pry something out in order to install the radio. When I had an issue with the replay of music and took the car back to the installation area, the tech very quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it.

Easy to install! Took a bit to flash it to my car the link isnt that great but once i logged in it was easy.. liked the fact i was able to keep my steering wheel controls.

5 stars again here for the customer service. It turned out that I couldn't use this product because my car doesn't have any volume controls. Technician knew this and took care of the refund in a professional timely manner. The rest of the install was completed ahead of schedule.

To Whom It May Concern: Prior of taking the vehicle to the Representative of Audio shop (Best Buy) the steering wheel volume control was not functioning. Roy, made sure that the installation was tech up and running. Also gave me some instructions the best way how to use the system.
