Terrible service. charged more once we got there. Took ALL DAY long.

never put in.My steering wheel has no volume access

Had my local best buy install the steering wheel control, and he broke my head unit and speakers while doing so. He blamed the previous install on this. Everything was working 100% fine before he touched my car, and then I left with nothing working. The installer wanted to charge me extra for him to fix what he broke. Also left so many wires hanging out of my dashboard after install and materials all over my car. I had to take it to a car audio store to get fixed and had to pay even more money. Worse part, Best Buy didn't refund my money, only told me I must pay extra for them to go back in to my car and fix it.
STAY AWAY and take your car to a professional!

If you want your steering wheel controls to work with your new aftermarket unit I highly recommend Best Buy to do the install. Mine works great!

Car radio installation

I brought my truck in three (3) times and the new radio still doesn't work properly. After the first time the radio made a whining noise and the call function wasn't working. The radio would also turn off randomly and hop chanels. I brought it back and the senior tech said he knew what the issue was and it would be a quick fix. When I picked it up after the second visit most of the issues were fixed but I still couldn't make hands free phone calls. I returned for a third visit (thank god my time is not valuable) hoping for a working radio. Now I can make calls but can't change the channel using my stering wheel control. At this point I feel as though Best Buy doesn't have the ability or experience to fix my new Pioneer radio. I think I have to take it to an actual installer and have it fixed. The one good thing is if someone was to steal my truck they would probably return it once they turned on the radio.
