Installed stereo in my 2015 Subaru forester, they were kind, fast, gave me updates, and helped me save money.

Tech said it would take 45 minutes tops so I took a stroll around the store then sat in the lounge for 5 minutes and it was done

The installer did a great job of installing the stereo and accessories as well as providing a thorough understanding of the options.

Went from fumbling with my controls to feeling free again. I had a radio installed improperly and the agents at best buy corrected the mistake and gave me back the steering wheel controls. I did not think I would have been able to get it back but they are amazing. Thank you!!!

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

Very professional and great work looks very clean and works great this was a new stereo installation for my car only took them about an hour an a half to do the work but the waiting for an appointment was very long almost three weeks to get in

I was having issues with my car stereo that was installed in November. They guys are the Katy store helped troubleshoot it and got it right. These guys in the Katy store are top notch. At their trade and for customer service. Awesome!

Car-stereo install was done by previous owner in my used car. The wiring wasn't done properly. Best Buy installers ordered the proper parts and fixed the issue with controls on the steering wheel.

Steering wheel controls work as expected. Technicians did a good job.

Feature install for JVC car receiver by Greek Squad. At first the install was to take some time. Finished full install less than 2 hrs and steering wheel controls work great. Helps keep handsfree controls that keep my attention to road. installer reduced price vs quoted price.

I got a steering wheel control and it looks so perferct to my lifestyle..... awesome loved it.

It works very well. I only gave it 4 stars because I had hands free in my car before the install where I could tell the mic to dial whoever I wanted to call but apparently it doesn't work now....not sure why. The radio has a mic but apparently it doesn't work either. Crazy to me but everything else works.

The geek squad install unit did a good job with the install of my stereo equipment as well as the steering wheel controls. The install was neat and professional and the installers took time to explain all features upon completion of the installation.

Saved me trouble while driving. Original controls the best in steering column.
