I can seamlessly operate my steering wheel controls for my stereo as if it were original equipment. The integration is top notch and such a pleasure to experience.

I recently had a new desk installed as well as amp, front facing camera and speakers. My car has steering wheel controls so needed the Maestro installed. All of the buttons work including the voice button! So happy!

The technicians who install radio electronics are clearly capable, professional and helpful. However, we experienced problems ordering some components from "blue shirt" employees in the radio department. They used an online catalogue and ordered the wrong parts in some cases. In another, it took an exceptionally long time to get the most critical part of the install kit delivered, but that's a delivery service problem, not Best Buy.

This is a good product that works well and I had no issues with it. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to have something like this installed on their vehicle.

Went to get my car stereo installed on the day I needed it installed. They quoted me a 2 hour time and they had it in there a lot less than the quoted time. I love the stereo.

Bob was great at installing r radio in 2017 ford escape. Sold us the sony radio it is very easy to operate as Bob had told us. Could not tell he took the dash apart in r car.

I purchased a Kenwood indash stereo, cd/dvd, navigation unit. The installation is flawless!! It looks like it was always there! The interface with the steering wheel controls is awesome.
