A shop in Grand Ledge had tried (and failed) 5 times to install the above mentioned item. Best Buy in Okemos had it installed and working after the 1st attempt

Even during COVID-19, the appointment was easily made, and the tech was awesome. He even called in advance since he saw I had the steering wheel radio control, so he needed to let me know the install time would be longer than an hour. It was, but I was so pleased to get in within a matter of days, it didn't matter. Again, the tech was great; especially since he was the only installer working at the location. Keep up the good work, Best Buy. Sorry, I couldn't remember the installers name. He rocked it!!!!

Best Buy put in our new radio with the steering wheel controls. They did a great job with the install!

The Geek Squad installed this steering wheel control adaptor and it worked perfectly. All steering wheel controls worked like they did with the factory radio.

Was absolutely thrilled that it was possible to preserve the steering wheel controls. However I did not think it should be a separate installation fee from the radio.
