Wow what a game. The Stellar Blade has realistic graphics and the story is really good. Sony has nailed it with this game being a good quality and the overall

Stellar Blade is an approachable souls-like game in a science fiction setting. The story is a bit convoluted, but I like the world, music, and combat. Difficulty spikes with bosses are high, but that's typical for the genre.

Yeah, he is right. Nier Automata is a masterpiece and Stellar Blade isn't. With that said, Stellar Blade is a really good game. Gameplay (combat, RPG, and the like) is definitely 5 out of 5. Environment (graphics, body physics, design) is 5 out of 5. And sadly Story I can't give it more than a 3 out of 5. I want to give it a 2 but it might be a cultural difference on how Korean story telling is done. There is just some Resident Evil 1 moments where I was this is bad story telling. So, the big question should you buy it? If you're on the fence at this time don't, wait for a sale. And if you want to get it now for a physical copy and keep the uncensored version, it's not worth it, wait for a sale. There still plenty to see with the censored version. After 3 hours or so the body physics start becoming numb to see, and you just end up focusing on the gameplay. So with that said if you're on the fence wait for a sale, or if you're just waiting for your paycheck hurry because it is said that later physical copies will have the patch version without being able to uncensored the game.

More like 4.8 stars but near perfect. The combat is spectacular and perfectly balanced. The skill trees will let you make mechanics like the perfect parry or perfect dodge better and there are equipment enhancements that expand it from there! Anyone that owns a PS5 owes it to themselves to play the demo and see for yourself how great the game is. The parry isn’t as fluid and beautifully crafted as Sekiro but this game is MILES ahead other games even Lies of P in that regard.
Negatives are — platforming could be better, sometimes getting out of corners to pickup items or interact with them will not engage properly and there’s a couple of moments where the characters are really dense but I think Shift Up is a new studio to watch! If they at least patch up the game to run tighter in some of the aspects as I mentioned before and continue to evolve Eve as a character—this could easily be a great new franchise. I’m only half way through and already am hoping they create some DLC or plan for a sequel of sorts!

The game is absolutely fun with beautiful graphics fun gameplay and great fighting mechanics the game runs smoothly with no issues. And for all the people that gave it a bad rating cause it “arrived late” yes it arrived late because severe weather alerts took place that delayed shipping.

This is a fantastic action game! It very much pays homage to NieR Automata, but while it never reaches that masterpiece's story heights, it does deliver some satisfying combat and gameplay. Controls are responsive and there's a lot of tools you can unlock to make combat encounters varied and increasingly rewarding to master. One thing I want to clarify about the gameplay though: this is NOT a soulslike despite many reviews slapping it with that label. It's much closer to a NieR or a Bayonetta. Also, something no one ever mentions is how good and clever the level design is! Some really well hidden secrets to find and good use of verticality built in. My two critiques are the story isn't the best and the side quest design is pretty basic, but the combat sings and there's a fishing mini game and the game is absolutely gorgeous so I'm very happy with my time here.

The game is very beautiful from a graphics standpoint. The story is pretty cool. The actual gameplay is very fluid and has a combination of hard/easy mechanis. Some bosses are hard but not overly hard like dark souls but not easy either. It’s perfectly balanced. Cool game!!

I held off on purchasing this game due to having a backlog of unfinished games, but after finally caving in, I'm more than pleased with what I got. Glorious gameplay, gorgeous graphics (men of culture will understand), and a more than serviceable story (it won't change lives, but not all games need to). Highly recommended.

This game kicks rump. I had a blast with it. Highly recommend this for anyone that likes things like devil may cry. Theres a hint of souls like combat but it still fits squarely into a fast action game imo.

Beautiful game. They did a great job with everything. No bugs to write home about. Glad I got a disc and not the digital copy with all the bs going on. Sony will shoot themselves in the foot if it continues.

Amazing game! Feels like a PS2 game in its fun and sentiments and (fan service) with the graphics and gameplay of the finest modern gaming has to offer.
