This game comes with two games; one RPG and the other beat em up. Steven Universe Save the Light is the turn based RPG. The graphics are nice and sharp and the music is good. OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes is a repetitive beat em up game. You wake up to start your job as K.O.. You get in fights with the rival's robot minions, you end the day by clocking out or rather punching out (literally), and restart again the next day. There is a story to it but I couldn't continue it because it was monotonous

Loved the visuals in this game, and the gameplay is just like the old paper Mario games. Story is pretty cool and most of the game is voiced.

With mechanics reminiscent of Mario RPGs this is a TV tie-in RPG that does a remarkable job maintaining the voices of the characters, and has mechanics engaging enough to keep me interested for the duration. The OK KO game on the cart is somewhere between a fighting game and a brawler, and while the writing is consistent with the show, the gameplay is frustrating.

Save the Light is a great sequel to Grumpyface's Attack the Light, while OK KO is a strange mish-mash of fetch-quest adventure and beat 'em up. Both games are quite buggy, unfortunately. But, if you enjoyed the shows, worth experiencing for the fan service, and having them collected together makes the package a good value.

The steven universe game is great with wonderful voice acting. The art is beautiful and it feels like you're playing an episode from the show. Haven't played the OK KO! game at all.

Save the Light is a great Paper Mario-style RPG!

Steven Universe: Save The Light is a great Paper Mario-style RPG. I waited until I finished watching most of the show to start it, and I'm glad I did as it made me appreciate the game much more. Everything from the show is re-created here and it is fun really exploring Beach City and the various places you visit, interacting with all the characters, and saving the world! The whole cast of the show returned to work on the game, and although it is not fully voiced, there is a lot of voice acting, much of it being very funny. The game looks and sounds good on the Nintendo Switch, but it is known to be glitchy at times. I had a few soft-locks during battles or when the camera got stuck, but I was able to save and quit without losing any progress. A little polish would have put it over the top for me. Definitely worth a look if you're an RPG fan, but probably less so if you don't know the series.
