Happy with this so far. Was delivered fast and packaged well. Gets the job done.
Only complaint I have so far is that the internal LEDs turn on on their own despite me turning them off. Wish they would just stay off.

I am very unhappy with the purchase from this seller. I was so excited to receive this Gaming PC for my sons birthday. It was delayed for 5 days and no updates of when it would arrive. I reached out and they said they would look into it because I wanted to make sure I was home to sign for the package. They let me know after it was delivered in the morning when I was at work and they said they left this expensive PC outside. I got home around 6 pm afterwork and it was not there. They had me wait for a week for a solution and told me to make a police report that they couldn’t do anything. This is bad business in my opinion beware of this seller. My sons birthday present is ruined. I am so sad. No refund and no replacement. I will be reaching out to Best Buy. Very unhappy.
