One of the pieces was faulty so we reached out to the manufacturer and they stated they can't ship replacement parts to AK or HI and to refer to the retailer (Best Buy). After informing the rep this was a gifted item and giving them the order number and name of the person who purchased it they stated they couldn't assist until the person who bought it was on the phone as well...? Why? What if we didn't know who gifted it in the first place? Trash
