As a fan of Story of Seasons/Harvest Moon game for over 16 years now, what I can say is this: Story of Seasons Friends of Mineral Town is a wonderful game! You should buy this game because this is super relaxing and it’s just really fun to play!

My wife is a huge fan of Stardew Valley. Buying this game was a Hail Mary to keep her from starting the game for the third-dozenth time. Although she seems to be enjoying it, there are quirks that take some time (or internet searches) to learn.

I never played a Harvest Moon game. Picked this up and loved it. My favourite part are the chickens. I like how you can go a bit more at your own pace vs stardew valley where I felt rushed

I used to love playing Harvest Moon on the gamecube when I was younger.. Now I am 25 and STILL love this game!! The characters and and animals are soo cute! I have been playing non stop since I got it! I even stopped playing AC to play Story of Seasons instead.

It's the usual fun and addictive Story of Seasons / Harvest Moon. I never played the original of this, so I don't get the feel of nostalgia. It actually feels a little limited and dated after playing Trio of Towns, but...it's on Switch and has the gameplay I love, so I'll take it.

This was an excellent remake of one of the best Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games. They kept all of the great dialog and characters from the old game, but updated everything with adorable art and a fast paced peppy atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

Story of Seasons is a fun farming platform game. It lets you control your own farm and build your relationships with your fellow townspeople. I highly recommend this if you like platform games and platform farming games.

It’s a fun game. Can’t say if it’s better than the original or not; but it is still a lot of fun. The love events are adorable and I like everybody’s redesigns. Though sadly it seems like some of the friendship events with other villagers have been cut out.

I bought this one because I love harvest moon and all other farming games. This game in general is pretty easy. Though I still think that the original is better. They change a lot of things but it’s fairly easy to get used to. Overall it’s a good game.

This is a simple, chill, yet fun game. It is great to unwind with. I liked the quality of life improvements compared to the original, but wish they had added more immersion to it with the characters and tool improvements. Overall it was a good, solid purchase and I would recommend it.

I love the remake for this game! It still has that mineral town feel of the game but it Also feels like it’s a completely new game with all the add ins and changes to the gameplay and upgrades make this a new experience. I love the new animals too.

This is a remake of an older game, and it is beautiful. I miss some of the things that existed in the original, but there were a lot of positive changes to this one as well. If you enjoy Old-style Harvest Moon games you'll enjoy this as well.

Honestly I've been a fan of this series for several years and having something new to play during this time is a godsend. It keep my mind off of everything bad happening in the world right now. If you like animal crossing I'd give this a try!

Wife really likes it after she fell out of animal crossing she wanted something similar and I did some digging and found this one was pretty good so she bought it and she has been content with it.

Great addicting game to pass time. this definitely touches on the old harvest moon games, and is a wonderful remake. i would recommend this to anyone who wants to play harvest moon on a newer console with better graphics!

I've enjoyed farming games ever since I first played Harvest Moon on GameCube...and this game is no exception. At times, it can feel a bit monotonous, but overall it's a relaxing, stress-free game with a fun storyline & cute graphics.

One of my favorite games for the switch right now. I played the original on the gameboy for so long, i was so excited yo hear that they remade it. There some differences buy its practically the same game! Absolutely love and recommend.

What is there to say? This is a fantastic farming sim, slice of life gane for those looking for a cozy Switch game to play by the fireplace.

Good game I was confused with Story of seasons and the original harvest moon because of ownership issues or something like that but I really like this game but I haven’t played in a long time but I really like it so far
