Love this movie was a great addition to our collection

Okay, so let me start off this review by saying that I liked it. I found it enjoyable. It's not faithful to the comics though. If you want to just sit back and see some high octane action, this movie is for you. If your looking for something faithful to the comics.... you'll be disappointed. There isn't much character development but, you'll have characters you like. I personally didn't like Jared Leto's version of the Joker but I heard that others did. His version... seems more like a sociopath than the Jokers that we're used to seeing. Which... may actually be a better portrayal of the character. Check it out. It's still better than Batman V Superman. Hated that movie.

IT'S JUST ONE OF THOSE MOVIES. HATE IT OR LOVE IT.

The movie was ok, but the steelbook is pretty cool.

A secret government agency, led by the ruthless, high-ranking official Amanda Waller, recruits some of the most dangerous, incarcerated villains on the planet to execute dangerous black ops missions and save the world from a potentially apocalyptic threat from a mysterious, supernatural entity. If anything goes wrong on this mission, the government will not be liable but rather can place the blame on the villains, who are inherently evil people. A small bomb is implanted in each member of the squad's neck with the capability of detonating any time one of the members tries to rebel or escape. It will be up to this assembled team of villains to prevail over the seemingly impossible events that will unfold before them, in what many deem to be a "suicide mission".

My daughter loved this movie. Great picture quality.

Who wouldn’t want this on dvd?! Awesome movie to own!

This is probably my least favorite DC film. It’s an ok story, some special effects. But the story wasn’t that interesting. This is my least favorite joker version that I have seen on screen. Best luck next time.

Super funny and dark, highly recommended material!

Many folks that I talked about this movie with weren't the biggest fans. However, I think that is largely due to the hype that was built around the film since its announcement. This can tend to make it very easy to quickly mark something as a pass or fail. I personally enjoyed this movie quite a bit, and the artwork on the steel book case is absolutely stellar. Maybe it was because I avoided any of the hype or potential spoilers (online discussion, trailers etc.), or maybe it was the Spanish heat, but I went into this movie fresh and was able to enjoy it for what it was. Bottom line, if you liked this movie: This steel book is for you. If you weren't too wild about it: Pass this up. The extended version won't be enough to change your mind most likely. Oh, this looks beautiful in 4K by the way!

Not the best DC Movie but still has some decent moments & is still kind of fun. Margot Robbie is probably one of the stand out performances as Harley Quinn. Not crazy about the Jared Leto Joker

If you're just looking for a fun turn-off-your-brain movie, then you'll probably enjoy this film. It's a quintessential Summer blockbuster: Dumb fun. The acting is OK with the exception of Viola Davis, Margot Robbie, and Will Smith who are great (in that order of quality). Jai Courtney is surprisingly good in this movie as well. It's a fun movie all around. The problem with it lies in its scatterbrain plot which goes all over the place. Because of the editing, alot of it doesn't make too much sense...BUT if you don't care or just want to have fun, this movie will dish it out in spades. The jokes hit home and the action scenes are exciting.

I would be lying if I said Suicide Squad was a good movie. I would also be lying if I said there wasn't excitement, laughs & just plain fun to be had by watching the movie. Temper your expectations a bit & you'll have a good time. Reminds me of a movie from the 80's. Nonsense but still good fun. The script can't figure out what the plot is. Just wants to get the members of Task Force X together. The portrayals of Deadshot, Boomerang & Amanda Waller are quite good. Margot Robbie takes the crown with her turn as Harley Quinn. She was sensational. Breathing life into a character people have loved since Batman: The Animated Series.

The movie is fun. It is no work of art, but it is a fun watch as long as you don't think things through too much and find the story flaws and illogical steps that have happened (or things that make no sense happening). As a fan of the source material, my regret is that most of this only relates to it in name only; all the characters are otherwise drastically different. As for the product, the blu ray is typical of recent WB releases. Decent extras, some mini documentaries, but no substantial deleted content and the menus are all generic of recent WB releases.
