useless. Got it for my parents house. We have a lot of family parties/gatherings outside. When the baby goes to sleep, we were hoping to use this instead of counting on "hearing" a monitor. Doesn't work well at all!
Just get a montior/camera that hooks up to your cellphone.

I bought this and it work amazingly I can hear my child from every room in the house and haven't lost the connection. The sound is crystal clear with no static or interference.
