I've reviewed my experiences with this product twice. Best Buy won't post it. It isn't vulgar or in anyway rude, just upset.
Ordered it in an urgent rush. Didn't realize product wasn't in a retail box. Product won't download from email link. Continually fails. Aborted the email link attempt and navigated to the product home page to download as I had the code. My AV software identified the site as having a Trojan. My license abides in purgatory forever. No reimbursement for digital downloads. Really miffed. Yet Best Buy continues to offer it.

Will not open, I'm not happy and cannot get a refund. It says its not compatible with my computer although its supposed to be. I've tried everything possible to make it work.

Please, help I cant install software. I have tried to rectify. Please, help, I have purchased all this software and I cannot use for game and home office.
