Very pleasantly surprised! I bought this back in December when it was on sale and figured if it didn’t work, it wouldn’t be too much of a loss. I used it for the first time this weekend to clean my deck. It was brilliant!! It didn’t trip my electricity like my previous washer, has a good long lead and the hose was also long enough to reach diagonally over a 16x12 deck. My deck is covered by trees, so it gets really dirty. The little thing coped VERY well. The only downside was me, not ensuring that each time I turned the sprayer to untangle the hose, the hose was coming undone. Once I realised I had to keep it tight, it worked well.

Plastic water connector piece pops off if you pull on the hose. I contacted the company and they sent a metal one. Great customer service! Still 4 stars for the hassle. But the machine works great. I cleaned mildew off my barn and cleaned an old tiller up. I have a million other uses in its future.

It’s compact size and lightweight is a benefit. My product came with only three (3) screws instead of the four (4) screws that is required for assembly of accessory racks. This particular model is not powerful enough for removing paint chips on the exterior of a house.

Will come in handy while washing our cars at home love the foam attachment. I love the compact size.

Great unit for around them home. Priced perfectly, this is a great machine for normal tasks around the home. Plenty of attachments and enough power for most tasks. We bought this on a sale for the purpose of cleaning siding, outdoor furniture, and cleaning our deck, and it does the job!

From opening the box this has been a let down. The item pictures have been cleaned up to remove the floor cleaning broom which I thought would be great to have. It actually is a $40 extra. The plastic piece where the garden hose hooks up blew off on the first use and water went every where. It is not metal as pictured. The hose is simply a nylon tube with no reinforcement so it will kink and replacement is certain. This is pictured but until you have it in your hands you won't realize how cheap it is. It does work and if care is taken the unit and the hose could last. I really question the front plastic connection even if the connector is metal, the unit connector would still be plastic.

Pretty awesome tool here. It's small and compact, but it still packs some power and gets the job done. I highly recommend purchasing one of these power washers, great product for the price.

Purchased after returning a lower-priced model from same brand. This machine has been used several times. It is easy to operate and you can purchase accessories from Sun Joe directly to extend range (e.g., extension hose). Came with a set of nozzles that are easy to change for different applications. One criticism is that it would not clean my driveway concrete, but I believe it is due to the "broom finish" the builder used on the driveway/apron and sidewalks (I believe we'll have to call in a professional with more powerful equipment). Otherwise, the machine has a decent amount of pressure. Very good storage arrangements for hose and power cord.

Good product for the price - quick delivery and easy to use. I only needed to be able to wash porches and outdoor banisters, so this is not a heavy duty machine, but it meets my needs.

Took over a week to receive pressure washer. Price was good so the wait was worth it.

If you have a home or a car this is a great product to have . Easy to use from place to place reach high up under the eve's of your roof and able to give your vehicle a good cleaning! Having wheels on it makes it so very easily moved from place to place!

Inlet connector started leaking on the second use. By the fourth use, the hose would disconnect entirely from the unit. The plastic connector used in this model seems soft and prone to deform and detach with normal use.

Bought it during a flash sale for 90. Basically all plastic parts. I assembled the unit in about 15 minutes except for the wand. I took another 15 trying to get it to stay in place. Basic idea is just insert into trigger portion and twist to lock into place. Well, like I said, after 15 minutes I got the done. Went outside to spray down the car and it was time to switch out the wand for the foam cannon, but wait, the dang wand doesn’t want to untwist! Spent the rest of the day trying to understand why it wouldn’t come apart. Well I unscrewed the trigger open and the twist latch was spinning with the wand not want to come undone even when in took the thing apart. Returned it and waiting to try out the 3000spx instead.

We tried using the 3 tips, the widest and middle had no pressure and no effect, the third had some pressure but was too narrow for cleaning a patio. The hose kept detaching when we turned on the water. We noticed there may have been a piece missing in the connection (pre-filter) that didn’t show up in the parts list, only in the cleaning instructions. This may have been the cause of the connection issue but probably not responsible for the inadequate pressure. We gave up and returned it.

Wow!! This was a great deal of day price love how versatile this is and easy to use great for high windows as well

Bought this to use grim an inverter from my truck to use on the go, works really well.
