    The adapter that connects the garden hose to the pressure washer eventually breaks. Buy the aluminum adapter to fix this issue

    If I could give it a zero I would. I have tried ordering this 4 times now. Each time I order it the order details show a different model, SPX-PWB1, that's being shipped which is a power brush adapter that goes to the power washer. So 4 times I got a power brush adapter instead of the power washer, model spx2003. First of all the people who fulfill the order should be able to see the difference but they don't. Second when I try to explain this mistake to a chat agent they are clueless and have no clue what I'm trying to say to them. Third I have tried explaining this mistake to my local store manager and he basically gave up because he had no way to contact the one warehouse this item is shipped out of. So I have given up trying to get this item because there is no knowledgeable person to contact to try and fix their mistake. So good luck trying to order this.

    I purchased this on sale during Christmas and I waited to use it when the weather improved. Unfortunately, it was not working properly. I called Son Joe and they tried to troubleshoot the problem. The customer service at Sun Joe is nothing but amazing. They fixed the issue and I'm extremely happy.

    The pressure is good. But that’s about all that’s good. The quick change feature is terrible. All the plastic connections do not get tight and the hose connecting just pulls right off.

    Easy to put together started good. Then the pressure hose started to burst, and then it shut off and didn’t work anymore. Returned ASAP
