Overall this is not a bad product. It's lightweight and very durable. I really liked it and would give it a better rating except there is one feature that drops my review way down. The male threaded end had an incredibly small area to get a grip on to take off whatever sprayer you attach. What appears to be a rubber grip for you to grab on and unscrew the sprayer is also threaded, so when you grab it to unscrew the sprayer attachment it unscrews the rubber grip and not the sprayer attachment. Once you tighten your sprayer attachment tight so that it doesn't leak, you cannot get it back off without using a pliers. I want to love this product, but can't since I have to use a pliers everytime I want to switch attachments.

Excellent to use and storing it is even better you can wrap it around a hose reel without it being bulky

This is a pretty good garden hose. The material is pretty sturdy and flexible.

This hose is garbage. I bought 4 of them less than 1 month ago and already one of the hoses unraveled at the connection of the nozzle, and sprung a leak. Thought they would last longer than a normal garden hose. but No. I usually get a whole season out of a normal hose before it heads to the trash. Very disappointed in this product. the hose inside the metal is a white small tube and clearly not designed to last. save yourself some time and just take your money and throw it in the trash.

I set this up with Sun Joe sprinkler which I got to water my backyard plants, It is very easy to move and does not tangle easily

Very disappointed. Got for husband's birthday so had to wait 2 weeks before giving it to him. Took it out for the first time today. Has it on no time and hose pops loose from the end screwed on faucet.

Good product but wish I had the 5/8 inch instead of 1/2 Inch

I have this hose on the south side of my home. Most hoses don’t last long because the sun beats down on them. So far this metal hose is with standing the elements.

Terrible company, terrible support. They’ll post their 1-800 number replying to reviews, but don’t actually offer a solution. When you call, you get runarounds and they aren’t direct with their customers. Their supervisor that spoke with me, she was repetitive and condescending.

This is the best water hose.. we have so many animals to feed and water and it's a really durable hose

So very disappointed at how quickly it broke. The nozzle broke off from the interior tube as well as the outer casing of the hose after only 4 x uses just watering my garden and to fill up a small adobe pool. Really poor quality which is the opposite of how durable the product is advertise.

use it everyday in a construction easy to carry brought another 3 for home use
