This really is a great 4 slot toaster for the money. I love that it has a stop button. I really don't use the bagel feature and it works just fine either way. I think it is really big, and would not be a good idea to have if you have minimal counter space.

I would have given it a 5 except that the toaster dials are both difficult to see which setting you have it on since the indicator is the same color as the dial. It's slightly raised so you have to feel for it to tell where you have it. To remedy that problem I took a black marker & colored the indicator line so that I can see it without having to feel for it.

I like the features of toasting bagels on one side only. Four slots makes making toast go a lot faster for more than two people. The style of the toaster is nice. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

The levers you push down to toast your bread feel flimsy.
