Also has many heat settings as well.

I will be using this to help with back and sciatic pain. I especially like the plush covering. One thing, in the Specifications section in the item the dimensions are not correct. This item is actually 20 in x 24 in. Nice and big.

The size is a little bit awkward (it should have been longer than it is and shorter width), and sometimes it seems like the heat lessens with duration of use, but in a pinch, it works to help with the pain.
