The size is perfect, the picture is pretty good. It's not easy adding cords to it because once it's mounted, you have to take it off the mount to open the back. It's not very loud. The sunbrite sound bar is terrible. I'm sending it back. It's Bluetooth's to speakers, though. If you have good bluetooth speaker then it will work great. Many of the apps don't work on the TV so it's very limited. It's a very expensive TV, you would think any app should work.

This TV has been mounted outside above our outdoor fireplace for about 5.5 weeks. We've watched no more than 5 times, but it has a nice picture in the daytime or night. I'm not sure why I didn't notice it wasn't a smart TV (kind of pricey to me for it not to be smart). That's my only complaint so far. There has been 2 or 3 heavy rains including a storm that took out some trees in the area and the TV withheld the storms!

Great picture and sound we’ve had the TV for about a year now. Once an image of a thermometer appeared on the screen and the TV cut off( temperature was 102 outside). Once the temperature was cooler we turn the TV back on no problem with the picture or sound haven’t had any more issues. We do keep it covered when not in use and it’s positioned under patio

Be careful of the bate and switch!! After diligently checking and comparing model numbers to ensure I was purchasing the latest model Sunbrite Veranda 55” TV, I added the latest model to my cart, paid, and as I’ve done for years, sat back trusting Best Buy had me covered. Boy, was I wrong! Best Buy sent me a 2018 model for the same price as a new model. No WiFi, no smart features, no HDR10, basically a 7 year old flat panel monitor. Unfortunately, I didn’t get it installed in my outdoor living space for a couple weeks and didn’t discover the problem until 2 days after the return period ended. I called customer service and was told there is nothing they will do to help me, no return extension, nothing. After spending 10s of thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years, now I’m stuck with a 7 year old TV that cost me the same price as a new one! Good job Best Buy, I’m a reasonable person, but you just lost a loyal customer by offloading your old inventory on me. Lesson learned!! Now I get to buy another one, but not from Best Buy!!

Great TV picture for outdoor applications, but the audio quality is only OK and you should add a soundbar! Just remember, this is not a smart TV, you will also need some sort of streaming device like a Roku or Apple+.

We created an outdoor entertainment area and needed a weather resistant TV to avoid having to put up, take down, bring in, and store a regular TV. The SunBriteTV works very well and is brighter than standard TVs, which is also needed if you are outside. This on is not for direct sunlight, but the area it is used is covered and not where the sun would shine on it. The volume is reasonable, but you may need to add a sound bar if your area has background noise or you like it loud.

Love the TV so far. It is under our patio cover so don’t have to worry about the sun. Picture is good quality and was very affordable.

Great picture - easy set-up. Have on back porch, in semi-partial shade and the picture is very rich. Was a little concerned when a number of reviews mentioned the low sound. Trust me, I don’t have the best of hearing (after years of listening to music loud), but the sound is more than adequate. In fact, it’s perfect. We walked over to our neighbors yard, which is several hundred feet away, and the sound could still be heard (it was up to 50% level). We’ve had 2 torrential rain falls since I installed it and all is still good. Highly recommended!

Best outdoor television great picture best picture during the summer

This TV is a little pricey but perfect for the outdoor use it was designed for. The picture is great. Couldn't tell u about how the speakers sound because I added speakers upon use. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is it should have been a smart TV which was disappointing

Great picture for outside regardless of the time of day or amount of sunlight. Menus are easy and set up very intuitively.

Purchased and had it delivered and installed. Great buy for the price and the picture of the unit is awesome. I would recommend this unit to anyone i know. It even made it through our earthquake last week and very pleased with brand. The geek squad were professional and friendly installing it in 20 degree weather.

Very easy to set up when turned on. Great picture quality. Remote seems less than high quality but I mainly use Roku remote. If wall mounting, the access door on back may be blocked from opening after installed. Be sure to hook up anything first.

Easy to set up and use. We now spend every evening outside. The colors and clarity are excellent.

I purchased this outdoor t.v. to add to my deck. I can watch from the pool, spa or firepit area. My grandchildren will love it ( they are on vacation so haven’t seen it) I added the Sunbrite speakers, Sonos and a Firestick. I had Dish install a wireless Joey. It has a great picture quality day and amazing at night. The sound is truly amazing. I can’t wait to watch Lion King outdoors when it becomes available on dvd with the little ones. Popcorn nights! Yum
