    This is the best brand of outdoor tv you can buy. I have 2 of them and they look and sound great. I wish they had smart features but I just connect it to Apple TV to solve that issue.

    This is a great product for outdoor use in a covered area. Works well with the wireless cable equipment we have which can just sit behind the tv in the space between the wall mount bracket and the tv.

    Really good picture...maybe better than expected. As noted by others, the sound quality is substandard. Looking for a sound bar....and Best Buy had it. Amazon did not.

    Second Thoughts Purchasing this from Best Buy

    I purchased this television through Best Buy In-Home Design as part of a large home theatre setup, both indoor and outdoor. I also purchased the TotalTech membership as a means of protecting this investment. With minimal usage over 18 months, the television suddenly went black. When I called the Geek Squad to diagnose and repair, they came and stated that the Sunbrite TV is not an item that they service or support. This contradicts the TotalTech website that states product support up to 24 months. I am now left to source repairs via the manufacturer at my own cost. When the television is working, it is great. This review is more to inform future buyers of something Best Buy does not tell customers when they make this very large purchase. If I were in the market for this item or any large item from Best Buy, I would verify if they actually support repairing the item. All other sellers of Sunbrite I have contacted will support repairs of the televisions they sell.

    The 55-inch SunBriteTV Veranda is a tool suited to a particular job specifically, enjoying 4K content outdoors. Under those circumstances, it is excellent, standing up to cold and heat, rain and snow, and providing good picture quality at any time of day. If you want a TV for your covered deck or poolside cabana, this is the TV to get.

    TV picture is great. The internal speakers did not sound good at all, but i put a soundbar on and that works well. The remote is big and old school, but works fine.

    Love the TV, Looks great in our outdoor under deck area. Can’t wait to use it regularly. Only downside was it is very difficult to open the remote to place batteries, which other people mentioned as well. Apparently because it is for outdoor use and needs to be waterproof. Still a great buy.

    Special outdoor TV has great picture even in the bright sun....great family gathering spot on deck...Roku makes installation easy and Geek Squad did outstanding job on installation and explanation..thank you Dave and Rob!!

    We love our SunBrite! The only solution for outdoor TV watching. We had Best Buy deliver and install on our outdoor lanai and are looking forward to enjoying watching future games from the pool. They are pricey but worth it for the Florida heat and humidity.
