Got this frame for our parents who are not tech savvy. This was easy to setup, we walked through with them how to get it setup and they were having a blast uploading photos after that.

Don't buy if you use a Macbook! This frame will not connect to my Macbook Pro using the USB cable that came with the frame. I bought this frame to give to my aunt, who lives in another state, who was paralyzed last year. I wanted her to have photos and videos of the little girl she was raising, as well as the rest of the family. The photos are on my Macbook and I wanted to connect via the USB cable and transfer the files. That didn't work, so I tried the app. I had to put the photos in Google photos so I could access them on my phone, then transfer them using the app. The app is not the greatest, but it does work. It is difficult to use if you're going through a lot of photos. It's easy if you click the photos you want and send, then don't want to remove or edit any of those photos. But if you accidentally sent a photo that you want to delete (for example, because someone's eyes are closed), it can't be done. You have to get someone who has physical access to the frame to delete it. If you want to edit a photo, do it on your phone or computer first. There is no way to edit photos in this app. Eventually, I got the frame to work, but it is not as easy as people claim. At least not for the purposes that I wanted the frame. Also, from the online photos I could not tell how the frame itself looked. When it arrived, it looks like cheap plastic, not like a $100 frame. The picture quality is okay.
