I did use the opportunity to plug in the light to se how it works and it wa really good. Would be 5 stars if the stand was in the box too.

Even though it was designed for content creators, it worked very will with my DSLR camera. I was pleasantly surprised by it.

You can't beat a ringlight for even facial coloring. I like that it can hold the cellphone right in the middle. Perfect for Instagram and TikTok recording. This has a small footprint and would fit in your suitcase if traveling!
