So far no issues, we have used it a few times and it works as expected. The adjustable light is nice and it certainly enhances video calls. We have not tried the bluetooth remote for the camera and i am not sure we will use that. This is mainly for school and family zoom calls.

Works great for using with phones and provides great lighting

This light costs twice as much as the cheapest light rings available in Best Buy but only shines slightly more than them. I would have preferred spending a $100 for a better light and would return this if I knew where I put the box.

This accessory light ring pack is very lightweight and easy to use with a smart phone. The connections are firm and solid, and hold the phone in place. The lights are bright enough, but not too bright.

A pretty good light for someone looking to increase the brightness of their shots. A bit hard to assemble.

The lights flicker on 2 of the color temperature modes. Not sure what to do with the gooseneck mount, looks like they want you to mount your phone to it but the supplied clamp and gooseneck are both far too small and too flimsy to hold anything bigger than probably a 1st gen ipod nano. Definitely wouldn't recommend using it as a selling point. You can get SOME use out of it, yet again its one of those "Meh, at least it KINDA works for my specific application" and works just BARELY well enough to justify not going out of your way to return it, If you're comfortable with arbitrarily throwing away 50 bucks, you probably have nothing to worry about.

The white plastic diffuser ring that covers the lights pops off easily, but it also pops back on easily. I imagine it will be more of a problem in the future, as the clasps get even weaker. For now, though, I'm more disappointed by the tripod to which it is affixed. There is a metal head attaching the two pieces, and it seems to rock inside of the base, but there is no way to tighten it to prevent that rocking. Also, the legs themselves are fairly flimsy and don't hold well - I'm afraid I will strip the T-handle from trying to tighten it so much. That said, it's totally usable for my purposes, for now. I love the warm/cool/combo control and the dimming options. The lights works beautifully once everything's set up! And the gooseneck phone attachment is very sturdy.

I have bought many ring lights before and I have to say this has been the best one so far. The lighting was perfect and very great for videos. Every time I used it I had people asking me where it’s from. Would definitely recommend buying it!
