I am not sure if our product was previously owned which would make this a store issue. We are going to reorder in hope of a better product experience because we have heard such great things in hopes of getting a better product.

Bought a different brand through Amazon for much less and it is way more sturdy and better quality than this. Avoid this product at all cost!

Broke after a bit of use

Started using it more (18 months after buying) and the controller isn't working. I can't turn it off or adjust the light color/brightness. I have to unplug it. It's stuck on the brightest setting. Ouch I wouldn't buy it again

It just stays on with a dim light unless unplugged....

Cheap but cheap

Light is lower quality (lower hz) so you get flickering when you film with digital camera. Returned within a week.

The cell sticks out
