Broke after a month of use. The ring light snapped off the stand at the plastic screw hole. The light still works and I was able to jerry-rig the tripod back into a phone holder but very disappointing.

Haven't even had this light for 6 months and it's already out. It started fading about 3 months in. If you're looking for a good ring light, don't go this route.

Not very bright. Ibought this for clothing resale online and it was not bright enough. I think this is more for taking selfies or lighting for a close up vlog or something like that.

I got charged regular price for an open box that stated that it had no damage, but the phone holder was broken.

it lasted less than 6 months! do not buy! I was going to buy the bigger one from $120 but desided to go with this one ( same brand just smaller) its trash bad quality.

Not what I was expecting, feels outdated and poor quality .

My light died after 4 weeks, unfortunately. I have not reached out to the company nor to best buy for help. The price I paid for it wasn't worth the hassle.

The light isnt that bright, you have to be super close for it to be remotely effective. The product is CHEAPLY MADE! It was just sitting there when the white ring cap just fell off! Then it starts to flicker, the wires are loose in the little control panel. I contacted the company and they want me to pay to ship it to them.... know how pricey that is? They cant send a label under their warranty for this terrible product? Save the money and get a better one! This is pure junk!

After only using the ring light twice, the cell phone holder broke. I can no longer return it to Best Buy and I’ve reached out to ToCAD since it is still under warranty. I’m very disappointed in the poor construction. Hopefully, I’ll hear back from ToCAD soon and they will replace it. If it hadn’t broken I would have given it 5 stars.

Not bright enough for a studio but good for a small room

Broke completely after owning for about 3 months, spend more and get something more durable.

Not as good as expected. Attempted o utilize with webcam and client used with stated that it was hard for her to see us.

This is way smaller than I thought it would be. The tripod also doesn't work as it states. Part of it won't extend fully.

GREAT PRODUT WORKED AS DESCRIBED. I JUST OVE IT. WORKED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX NO ISSUES NO SUPPORT CALL NEEDED.

Like other reviews have said, worked for a few months and then out of the blue it stopped working. Look for something else.

This item is trash. Made extremely cheap. Missing parts. And does not function properly.

Didn't last long. Really flimsy construction and materials. Not recommended if you intend to break it down and set it up a lot.

I bought this for supplemental lighting and thus didn't use it right away. Eventually I used it for about 30 minutes and then it never worked again. Literally, it worked one time total. If you click it, it flickers then never stays on. 70 bucks down the drain. I tried contacting Sunpak and never heard a peep from them. If I were churning out pieces of garbage like this, I probably wouldn't respond to customers either. I mean, it could at least function correctly twice? haaaa....terrible product.

My son bought it. Said the lighting was dimmer than it should be and not adjustable. Overall inferior to other products that our son had seen.

Lighting is great but the quility of the product is horribl. You are better buying it off at Amazon.
