Please train your good to say the words "I DON'T KNOW" when they are not sure about something!! There is certainly nothing doing with saying those words. I don't appreciate being lied to and this sale was exactly that!!

DEFECTIVE SUPPORT

DO NOT BUY because, like me, you'll just be returning days later to get a refund.

You get what you pay for

It doesn't appear to be the bulb, it seems to be the wiring or circuitry because when I plug it into a power source, the control doesn't light up like it used to. I've tried various things with no success, and I can't return it so, I can't recommend it.

Not worth the money

On the 3rd time it just turned off in the middle of taking photos of my earrings. Went to grab the plug to unplug it and it burned my hand. The usb cord melted and bent out of the box. I’m so disappointed.

The light it’s self works great the stand and phone stand however made me regret my purchase:(
