I do a little product photography and I needed a light quick. This ring light got the job done on a budget.

I love using this for family photos. Makes a big difference in my pictures.

Would highly recommend for those who do photography , eyelashes , hair , nails it’s perfect !

I purchased it in May 2020 and have used it for approximately 20 times till June 2021, with each time 30- 60 minutes. Now it does not light up. Even though the price was higher compared to other sellers, I wanted to buy a ring light from Bestbuy because I thought the quality should be better than other places. Unfortunately this quality for this price is so disappointing.

Try as I might, I could never get good lighting with this. I use it with a laptop, putting an external webcam in the ring. Waste of time. I bought two LED lights with adjustable color temp and brightness—I put them to either side of me, make the adjustments, and I look great on camera. This ring can't compare.

I never give reviews- especially negative but I’ve also never spent more than 30 bucks on something that was so bad. It stopped working after about a month. My guess is that it’s the wiring, as the remote lights up but the ring light won’t actually come on. Unfortunate. Was going to upgrade to the 18” but I now don’t trust Sunpak to be worth their asking price.

The stand itself is of sturdy material. The ring light provides 3 different light "degrees". All of this is irrelevant given the poor design and cheap materials used. The holder for the phone is plastic, with tiny metal rods inside, and it could not stretch enough to hold an iPhone 11 without breaking. As such it, it irreparable, and useless. The weight of the phone can tilt the entire ring light forward. The ball that should prevent this from happening cannot be adequately tightened with the cheap screws with their plastic handles. The stem which holds the phone bends too easily. All of this can require constant attention while you are trying to shoot. It runs on USB 2.0, requiring the separate purchase of an adaptor for AC power. Do not waste your time or money. Spend the extra 20-30 for a sturdier model and different brand.

This lasted from March 2020 until January 2021 . It worked fairly well for that amount of time, though the light got flickery at the lowest setting. I didn't move this light at all and it only lasted 9 months; for the price, I'm really disappointed in how long it worked.

My wife ordered this for my birthday. Unfortunately my birthday came after it was too late to return and this product does not work at all. Will not be ordering anything from best buy online every again. I'm a very dissatisfied customer with a light that doesn't work for my birthday.

Hunk of junk. Used it only a couple of times before the screws broke. Had to tape it up before another piece broke off. How is something as low quality as this is even being sold?

Cord had a slit in it upon opening the box. How does a brand new product have a slit cord?
